At the ripe old age of 63, I decided to get orthodontic treatment to straighten my teeth. Despite my age and having overcrowded teeth most of my adult life, I responded very well to Dr. Songs treatment program with Invisalign. Throughout my visits she was patient, supportive, and encouraging. And the staff is always helpful and friendly. I completed my treatment in a year & a half, and the end result was dramatic. This is the best investment I made for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Song to anyone who is considering orthodontic treatment, especially older adults like me who may think orthodontics is only for children and teens.

I searched for weeks for the best person to do my Invisalign with and I’m so glad I found Dr. Song. She’s kind, highly knowledgeable and skilled, and is fair and transparent about cost.

Dr. Song and her team have been incredible with both of my children. My daughter’s teeth needed a lot of attention and Dr. Song carried out a thoughtful and efficient plan.

Dr Song convincly dispenses the Kool-Aid, making it easy to get swept up and not ask any questions. If you do ask questions that in any way challenge her recommendations your point of view as a patient will be discarded. After years of standard check-ins and consultations leading up to having braces placed on my child all signs pointed to very straightforward treatment. Wouldnt you know that as soon as we paid her the deposit the treatment then evolved into something much more involved, including removal of a healthy tooth! We got a second opinion from a well-respected orthodontist who studied the x-rays and suggested another approach that would be just as effective and not involve the removal of a healthy tooth. We did our best to discuss this treatment with Dr. Song but we were basically told it was her way or the highway. So we took the highway and boy are we thankful we did! Treatment with another orthodontist has been wonderful - no tooth removal required to get the outcome desired at a lesser price. My advice to you is that if at any point you are advised to do something by Dr. Song that doesnt sit well with you listen to that instinct and dont be intimidated to speak up or go elsewhere. The swanky office, gimmicky kids games, clothing swag and evening hours etc. make it a seductive place to settle in for treatment but W A T C H O U T !

Edit: its been a few months, and I have not had a problem with this again. Treatment is moving faster than I expected, and I can really say that I recommend Dr. Song! The staff are incredibly friendly, and I havent had a bad experience recently!Outdated Review: The staff is friendly, but every time I visit Im usually waiting 10-20 minutes until Im actually let in. I dont know if this is because of COVID, but they always seem to be backed up, even at 8:30 in the morning. Ive also had my carriee break three separate times, where each time Ive had to come back in and spend 20+ minutes in the office, and 20 minutes waiting outside. Again, the people seem to be really nice, but the consistency that you want to see in an orthodontist doesnt seem to be there.

Not only is Dr. Song amazing at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible. We need more practitioners like Dr. Song!

The office is attractive and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and wonderful! Tara explained things clearly and concisely. Dr. Song really cares about my kid, and she loves dogs too. This goes a long way in my book!

First of all, I would like to thank Dr.Immi Song for fixing my sons smile. Since the first time we started his treatment she has always been very professional and informative. Tara, Natalie and the rest of the staff are always very kind and courteous. They always make us feel at home. The office is always very clean and neat. We took our 11-year-old daughter to see Dr. Song. Dr. Song recommended to delay treatment until she is about 15 years old when all her permanent teeth come in. She offers to monitor her growth closely every 6 months for free. We are so impressed by her detailed diagnostics and her experience as well as her generous offer. Compared to the other orthodontic doctor who did the first phase treatment on my daughter, Dr. Song is not greedy for money, she doesnt want my daughter to wear braces longer period of time than needed.

I could not have been more satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Dr I Song and her staff.The pricing for my invisalign was typical of every reputable Orthodontics office that I checked, and were less expensive than traditional braces. They also allowed me to make payments with no interest. Dr I Song is truly talented as she was able to move an oddly shaped, yet usable wisdom tooth forward so that I didnt need an tooth implant...therefore saving me at least $2500. None of the other Orthodontists that examined me offered to try moving the tooth. Im almost done, and the results are amazing. I can smile with great confidence.

I have been to A LOT of orthodontics and I didn’t agree with the recommended treatment plan. I always felt that other offices were pushy and looking to come up quick. But not Dr. Song, she was nice and thorough with the treatment plan. And Tara is amazing and very patient, because I asked a million questions with regards to insurance. I can’t wait to see the results!!

I got Invisaline braces, which were much better than what I had before. On 1/31/18 all my attachments were removed and my teeth look great. I also got a good deal and highly recommend Dr. Song.

We came in for a (no-cost) evaluation. The whole experience, was very efficient, quick, and competent. We havent yet done any treatment so I cant attest to the quality, but I felt confident that we would experience state-of-the-art and thoughtful care from Dr. Song.

I had a horrible experience with my orthodontist many years ago in high school. It made me hesitate to get braces again although I know I needed them. My dental office referred me to Dr. Song because her work is of the highest quality and they know I have some anxiety about dental work. She was very supportive, used a mirror to gently point out problem areas during my examination and reviewed my x-rays with me. She explained her plan of how to proceed and why they will have the best results. I agree with her analysis and now I can proceed with confidence and will continue to get support during the process.

Got invisalign work done here over the course of 2 years and am extremely satisfied with the work! Dr Song and the entire staff are solid professionals and people. Very accommodating for time and make sure the the quality of their work is up to their standards. Would recommend to a friend!

Nice, clean office. The consultation isn’t a real consultation until you pay $430 for your X-rays. Then you get the real consultation.

Dr. Song took care of my 16yo son’s teeth and urged him on. He’s almost done! I never would have thought he would need the care that braces take. I took a step back and he made a working alliance with her. I really appreciate her care and work and the office staff and assistants are great, too. P.S. This is a first class orthodontics operation. Although there is only one orthodontist, Immi Song, she runs a tight, but super child friendly ship. Her staff are excellently trained and very kind to young kids who need braces or any type of work. There are also adult patients who come here, so no matter what age you are, you can get treated here. Of course its expensive, all orthodontics are expensive. Its worth it.

I have doing the Invisalign treatment with Dr. Song and her team for the last year and a half and I have been so happy with all aspects of the experience. Dr. Song is a very experienced orthodontist and the staff from upfront in the office area to the back where everything happens has been amazing. I recommend her highly for Invisalign. It wasnt as hard as I thought it would be and a large part of that was how easy it was to work with her and her staff. My teeth look beautiful and Im smiling wider than ever!

Doctor Songs team is full of really great people first and foremost! They are welcoming and friendly every visit and also did a terrific job on my Orthodontics. The office sees a lot of kids come through, but I came in as a young professional. Dr Song showed some concern for my health before the aesthetics by having me see a periodontist before moving forward with the orthodontics. I visited a high volume place in the city next to my old work and felt like a number in line that got a weird answer to straightening my teeth. Beware. Dr. Song is either incompetent or dishonest. Im not sure which, but either option makes her a very bad choice of orthodontist. This is for invisalign braces. She assured me she could fix my bite with invisalign, and wanted me go to my dentist to have a partial tooth in the front of my mouth ground away to provide room to move my teeth. I was uncomfortable with this, since the partial is at the front of my mouth and I didnt want a gap in my teeth at the front of my mouth, but she assured me the invisalign trays would cover up the gap and that she could paint the tray with a tooth color so the gap would not be noticeable. So I had the partial ground away, then she shaved my teeth and then glued gripping bumps on them. But when the invisalign trays were delivered, there was a mere stump instead of a full sized tooth on the tray in the area where the partial was removed. It is very unsightly. First she told me I was overly sensitive to it and it was hardly noticeable (total BS). Then she said shed try to get the company to redo the trays with a larger area where the gap is. But apparently the company could not redo the trays - Im not exactly sure what they told her since shes not been straight with me. Then she fired me as a patient for getting upset. Yes, thats right, fired me when I have a gap where my partial used to be, bumps glued on my teeth, and no invisalign trays. She is refunding my money, but still, Im beyond pissed. This is a nightmare.
