Nice people. Small selection. New glasses are often flawed and need to be redone. Its good enough if you work in the downtown area but I wouldnt go out of my way otherwise.

Optique Boutique is one of the best places to go!! I have been going here for well over 15 years. All exams are very thorough. Any questions you may have or dont understand, will be explained. Friendly atmosphere, very clean and youll even have fun picking out glasses. Great Staff! Excellent Doctors

Im giving three stars because the ophthalmologist was excellent and Rose, who helped me find my glasses frames, was very nice to work with. However, the front office staff were very rude to each other and to customers which made the visit significantly worse than it needed to be. I would recommend going for your exam, I certainly plan on remaining a customer, but brace yourself for a rocky a road with the staff.

Dr. Perreault is great and her support staff is outstanding. Always help me in picking out great frames.

Its always a pleasant experience when I stop in for a visit. They have wonderful doctors who are very knowledgeable. I had my eye exam on Tuesday during my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. I was in and out very fast after a thorough eye exam, dilating my eyes, and picking out new frames. My glasses was ready today for pick up. This is the fastest office Ive ever been to. Will visit again!

Bad smell. Probably from the carpet. Employees in the checking desk needs to be better. Variety is not what I expected... Not much big sizes for eye size frame... 53 the biggest

The receptionist staff there are completely rude and unprofessional. They seem busy, bothered, and apathetic. As someone mentioned previously, the carpet smells and it the place hasnt been updated in a while. They will lose your glasses and leave it up to you to find out what is wrong. They gave me the wrong prescription then made me wait over a month without glasses while they corrected it. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, unless you want a headache.

I have been going to this office for many years. The staff are great and work hard to make sure your glasses are right. I really am glad to support this independent business!

This has been my place for eye exams since I was a little kid (over 20 years).Everyone there is very personable, professional, and helpful.Use this place.

I experienced very friendly service and they even reused an old pair of eye glass frames I had to reduce the cost of a new prescription. I was very impressed with the two day turn-around time for my glasses. This was the first time I used the Latham office to avoid the downtown Albany parking hassles, and there was no problem accessing my records from the other location. I would recommend Dr. Perreault and Optique Boutique to anyone.

My Experience for over 20 years was great but l do not appreciate how you call for an appointment and your informed that they no longer except your insurance and no one had common courtesy to call and tell you

Walked in for the first time and wasnt greeted with any sort of friendliness. Gave them my glasses to replace the lenses in them and was told theyd be returned in 2 weeks and was continually reassured so. I called after two weeks and then was told there was a problem with the glasses (no call to me to update). Glasses didnt come in for a month and I had to go on vacation without them. I get that sometimes things get messed up, but itd be nice to be updated of the process. No apologies or any hint of customer service. Overall very unimpressed. Disappointing.
