So grateful for these wonderful women. My first child was born in the hospital intervention-free with a midwife and a doula, but many parts of the experience didnt live up to my expectations. Unfortunately thats just the way that goes. My second child was born early 2020 at home with Kristen and Hannah and lived up to all our expectations and more. Ask all your questions, and then let these birth professionals support you in your choices and desires. The postpartum and newborn care Kristen provided was phenomenal. My husband and I were both very impressed with the actual birth and how smoothly everyone functioned (everyone but the birthing mother of course lol). These women have gobs of experience. My husband works at Albany Med and said the equipment used was all up to date and the same brands they use at the hospital. If I have another, no thinking needed, it will be another homebirth with sage femme!

Unexpectedly expensive.
