Receptionist is rude I’ve had trouble with my insurance explained my situation straight told me she wouldn’t see me and hung up on me. So thankful I found an OB that actually genuinely cares about their clients

Dr. Smurda and Whitney the NP are the absolute best in town. HANDS DOWN. Whitney delivered my sweet baby girl and made me feel so comfortable during the whole pregnancy process. She always answered all of my questions to the fullest extent and walked me through everything. She is AMAZING. I can’t say enough kind things about her. All of the staff is always so sweet when I go in. Just an over all wonderful place and wonderful experience. I highly highly recommended them to anyone wanting an OBGYN where you will feel taken care of and listened to! Thank you to everyone that works here! Keep it up!

Dr Paul Smurda is a great Dr. He has always made me feel like a close friend. I have been seeing Dr Smurda for over 15 years and the staff are great also. Dr Smurda has always worked to make my problem easy to live with, between the two of us it has become just a hiccup in my life. He is an awesome guy and Doctor. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I have gone to this place for quite some time now and been on the same medicine the whole time and somehow they still manage to not give me my prescription refill on time. it gets worse every time.very unsatisfied with the way they treat me.

My mom called to try and schedule an appt with this office as a new 🤰🏽patient receptionist was rude and unprofessional 😢proceeded to tell my mom if she didn’t have any insurance she would have to pay for an entire 10 month visit which she said would be $4900 up front at the first visit 🤭 never asked her name my mom has high risk pregnancies I’m pretty sure her visits would be much more any who she was no help so we moved on to the next Ob gynecology office on the list🤗shame on you🥶
