I wish management try to call their own line, go through the MAZE of options, and super annoying music, going through the totally ironic voice messages about how much community care physicians care (NOT). Dr. and nurse were great! everything else around them, particularly the phone lines to make appointment or to talk to someone, are absolutely horrible ===> super poor management. I am writing this as I am still waiting on the phone, 35 mins and counting!

I recently had a billing issue with a coding error and the folks in that department took care of it promptly and kept me informed along the way. Much appreciated good service!

Worst experience with a primary care doctor that I have ever had. Without my husband or I bringing up children, she continuously talked about kids so it felt like a family planning appointment. She didn’t want to refill one of my meds putting me at risk of withdrawal & sending me to the ER. Probably the worst thing she did was blurt out my weight after we had discussed that I had been in eating disorder inpatient treatment minutes before. She left me crying and my husband angry. My new patient appointment was completely useless since all she did was make me feel awful and talk about having babies. I saw Mary Johnston and I highly recommend avoiding the practice, but at least avoiding her
