All I did was call for an appointment....This doctor went above and beyond to get me the right specialist, and my son is well. I would have never expected anyone to go to these lengths that wasnt getting paid for it yet.... Im impressed and Beyond appreciative with the professionalism and level of care taken by .Dr Krista. Scheduled an appt for 7am on a saturday. 40min of waiting and still no one has shown up or answered my calls. extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. absolutely will be going somewhere else and will never bother with QC again :)

I received excellent care. Was seen promptly, staff was professional and took time with me, explained everything thoroughly and immediately called my prescription over to Fred Meyers. Picked up my prescription and headed home, all completed in less than an hour.

The best experience i’ve had at an urgent care. the lady who checked me in was really nice (and had rad tats!) and doctor farmington helped me & was kind and lgbt friendly. thank you!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Over the last 2 years I have made 4 appointments for minor to medium health concerns, each time only to be told after I get there we cant see you. You need to goto urgent care.... so just beware, probably better off going to Urgent Care in the 1st place... Dont fall for their Quick Care BS!!

The practitioners and other staff here were so warm and considerate, I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. The care I received was prompt and holistic. These folks are great.

These ladies have been a life saver for me this weekend. I’ve had four very sick babes and they have gotten us in quickly and efficiently and been super patient with our whole crew! The office is so clean! Thankful for the help!

Our family are patients of Corvallis Clinic in Corvallis and went here on a quick visit for our sick son. No one told us when we walked in that if we used our insurance they would charge almost triple the price they advertise. Considering my insurance pays NOTHING on these kinds of visits, I now have to pay all of that directly to Quick Care.Thank you Quick Care for using sneaky tactics to steal more money from patients than what your 10 minute services are worth.

A year ago they helped me with a tooth infectionToday I was told that they dont do tooth infections or thats its up to the physician on duty. So you guys just pick and choose when you want to be a physician and do your job. Why are you guys even open if your not going to be consistent with your services. I guess if I had a splinter the physician might of helped me since its easy. All I was wanting was some antibiotics to reduce the swelling and pain unti I could get to a dentist. Great job guys...NOT

Where else can you make a same day appointment, arrive early, and get in and out before your appointment time was scheduled? I love this place for quick convenient care and have never experienced bad service for myself or my son. Today’s experience was no different; Shannon was very pleasant and efficient getting me in and I felt all my health concerns were addressed professionally and thoroughly by NP Leslie Shortridge. Super happy this option is available Albany.

Dont waste your time. Third time Ive tried to get in to see a doctor and its the third time they have canceled. This place is truly worthless on every level. Unless you have a glorified boo boo they wont see. Theyll just refer you to urgent care. Id give zero stars if I could.

I read the reviews and was a little nervous but Ive had it with urgent care so I went. My appointment was at 1pm and I was back in my car by 119, it was super easy to book online too. I dont remember who the receptionist was but she was very nice and helpful, filling out new paperwork was quick and easy too. They figured out what was wrong and sent me on my way. It wayyyy beats going in somewhere and having to wait for hours to even be seen by a doctor.

I received better care here than I do at my primary Doctor. They were quick, caring, and patient. They are quick but take their time to actually listen which was refreshing. Will definitely use again.

Had my 19 year old son go there to check for strep. He was sent out with no discharge instructions and told he didnt have strep and to get his prescription to numb his throat at Walgreens. My wife had to call the next day to find out what he was supposed to do. Primary care doctor requested info from them and found out they told him he just had a little redness in his throat even though video of his throat showed white spots and swollen tonsils. Lab results from their office were negative but they did not have official results even though they said they did. Primary care doctor put him on antibiotics as soon as she saw the video.

I was really sick over the weekend, and couldnt get in to see my doctor for another week. I was able to schedule an online appointment at Quick Care for the same day just 2 hours later! Feeling much better now that Im following the NPs instructions and taking my prescription. This is way easier than going to the doctors office and waiting forever.

Rude staff.

I had the same experience as another patient did with Leslie Shortridge. She was absolutely horrible towards me and made me feel uncomfortable. I left feeling like my issues were barely addressed and like I never wanted to return. I previously worked in a hospital and have had ample exposure to medical professional. I highly respect people in this field and honestly have never felt the need to complain before. The care was so poor at this facility that I felt inclined to say something. The nurse or lab tech was great, but everything else fits with some of the complaints I see from other patients. I will not return.

Receptionist was extremely rude. She was rufusing my daughter after 4 min. Trying to say she was late. I had time stamped on my phone the time I made the appointment, and the time my daughter called me when she got there. I will be making a formal complaint with the acting supervisor. The Dr. was nice and ended up seeing my daughter. I am still frustrated with the way she and I was treated. The receptionist was complaining she didn’t need us after working a 12 hour shift. 😡😡

Nurse practitioner Shortridge was great. She took time and was very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner, I also brought my toddler and she didnt mind which I really appreciate it. Highly recommended!

Mixed reviews. I have scheduled several appointments for myself and children (various reasons). Many times before getting in to the office a staff member will call and inform me I need to go to another office as they cant help. Seems as if they try not to see patients. However the few times I have been seen I have loved the efficiency and care provided. I love the available hours. Very convienant.

My husband tried to use there services, unfortunately the entire staff was to busy using the therapy equipment on other side of the building to bothered to even come to the front desk. If I could give a 0 I would

I brought my son here to get his immunization. The nurse was great and it was very convenient to go in after work. We were in and out in 20 min.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a place like this and it only took about 10 minutes. Receptionist was very unamused and the nurse herself cut me off mid-sentence, and made it very clear that she wanted me out of there. Made me feel like I was wasting her time when her job is to be there to help me.

I saw Leslie Shortridge at the Albany location. She was terrible. I went in with suspected strep and she treated me like a lying criminal. She accused me as lying because I initially stated that my med list was current, but when she asked if I had taken any advil I said yes. I have never had to list advil on my med list when taken as needed and not regularly. She complained several times that her MA wasnt there so she had to do everything herself. When she finally swabbed me for strep she was very aggressive. She held the top of my head and forcefully jammed the swab around my throat for over 20 seconds. I have had strep several times and I have never been swabbed like that. I have also never gagged when the swab is in my throat, but this time was awful. After she took the swab out I tasted blood for almost 2 hours. While the test was being ran she came back into the room to tell me that I didnt have a fever so its not even like I had all of the symptoms and she acted as if it was all in my head because I started my sister in law had strep and I was just with her.About half way through my appointment I realized she was the same FNP that saw my son about a year ago. She was awful to him as well. She treated me horribly because he did not have a flu shot and we were in there for the flu. My son had the flu in September and we were there in December with the flu again. I did not know you could get the flu twice in one year and apparently it is extremely rare. We did not think it was necessary to get a flu shot after he already had the flu. She also kept getting irritated because she was asking me questions about how my son felt so I asked him. He was 5 and very capable of answering.I will say that I have had several good experiences at the Corvallis location, but my two experiences at the Albany location were terrible.

Refused my sick wife service. She has a common cold and they would not give her a zpack and steroids and call it done. Thats all you really have to do as a doctor anyways and you couldnt even do that... Not like we wanted narcotics....do not waste your time at this place its worth it to just wait and go to a real doctor.

I was actually really hesitant to try quickcare, but so glad we did. We have now been seen at least 4 times and each time been very impressed with the care we were provided. Not only have they see me, but my children as well. We have never felt rushed, and have felt like they really listen. The staffing has been professional. The ease of choosing an appointment date and time is great! No waiting!! Sometimes it is a week or two before we can get into a regular doctor. If what we need to be seen for is in the scope of what Quickcare provides, I will pick them everytime! Thank you for providing a quick facility with excellent staff!!

Upon choosing Corvallis Clinic for my PCP, employees told me about Quick Care. They stated that if I ever needed to see a medical person at Quick Care, the billing would be the same as if I had seen my own PCP. This was questioned by me more than once with specific questions concerning copays; the answer came back the same each time - it would be billed the same as if Id seen my own PCP. Dont believe them! As far as my experience there, its not worth the frustation of trying to get correct meds as well as billing problems. I wont go back.

The front desk nurse Cari is not friendly at all. Had a 6pm appointment and she acted like we were such an inconvenience to her and would interrupt while we were trying to answer her questions. She continued to do this to the other kind folks in line. Not friendly at all and not the kind of service you should expect.

I took my sick son (sinus infection) in to the albany clinic, lady at front desk was very rude. She informed us they had no openings. There was not a sole in sight. Made a appointment for this am. Got a phone call saying they couldnt see him, Because his head hurt. Seems to be they should shut the doors and stay home. This place is a joke.

Terrible experience at this facility. Doctors appointment was less than 5 minutes, Dr was more concerned with getting me out the door than hearing any concerns or providing care. Doctor then forgot to sign my perscription and ignored my pharmacists correspondence to get it fixed. I then had to wait on hold 20 minutes to talk to a receptionist that couldnt care less about my problem. Whole experience left me feeling like i was an inconvenience to them just by showing up, let alone asking them to fix there mistake so i could not be in pain amymore. Zero Stars!!

So fast! Ive been 3 different times now and always come away feeling like they listened and I was taken care of.

Horribly rude receptionist. And by these reviews a lot of other people have had the same experience. Unacceptable service!

I just started a new job and don’t have my insurance cards yet because I literally JUST started. I go to the Corvallis clinic for all my doctors and I pay with my CareCredit card. Well this morning I went in with a Urinary Tract Infection needing antibiotics and they refused to treat me because I don’t have my insurance information yet and claimed they don’t accept CareCredit when I used it at this exact location a year ago.

Just go to Urgent Care. Extremely rude. Felt like an inconvenience from the second I walked in the door. Nurse Shortridge is absolutely terrible and shouldnt be allowed to work in this field. Never again will I go here or recommend this to anyone.

Fix this awful place. Fire all staff

Nurse Cari was extremely rude, rushed and unprofessional. The whole experience felt like I was nuisance and stupid for coming in, even though I was told to by another doctor. I didn’t get answers other than “you don’t have strep”. Nothing more in what to do or what it is that I may have.

They dont see people under the age of 2. And you need an appointment.
