Dr Ravillia does his best to be present and answer all my questions. Due to staffing shortages and increasing cancer diagnoses, the patient experience is not ideal. However, he has put time into making me feel empowered with my health care in the oncology department. He is knowledgeable and has also expressed when he feels he is unable to answer without more research or another opinion.
