Josh is a awesome health coach. I was super unhealthy and i felt terrible all the time but Josh and i sat down and he helped me understand how to better take care of myself, from diet to excersice, and even my sleeping habits. Very well informed and and willing to go the extra mile to help. And if he doesn’t know he will do his best to get you the info you need.
