Trust me when I say poor communication and not professional is a understatement! Sad to think people like these people would run a place with children. Take your buisness else where

Twist N Flip Colonie really is a great place. They do a wonderful job with training and just being good all around models for their gymnasts. I would recommend their gym for anyone interested in just trying out gymnastics or more serious about competition. The staff are all really wonderful!

My daughter and son loves this place

My daughter loves gymnastics. We have tried a couple of different gyms, but she didnt like some of the coaches. But, at TwistN Flip my daughter has fell in love with the tiny gym. Dont let the size of the gym turn you away. Rachael and her staff are amazing and fun. Give it a try!!

Nice facility!

My daughter had free lessons for life after I was let go for no reason and lied to about the reasons 3 times then they failed to follow through with their bribe. Discrimination at its finest! Would not recommend unless youre looking for a non-diverse gym that falls short on every thing they do.
