I waited in the waiting room for a half hour after my appointment was supposed to start, listening to the receptionists gossip and giggle before I was actually seen. But once inside Dr. Aibel and both nurses who helped him were great! Those three all made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

I had a great experience! At Dr. Aibel’s practice, a root canal is quick and painless. You can even select what music you want to hear during the procedure, and at the end they give you the dental claim form and a stamped envelope.

Any apprehension I may have had about getting a root canal quickly melted as I entered Dr. Aibels office. You immediately sense a well oiled and caring clinical practice. All aspects of my diagnoses, preparation and procedure were executed seamlessly. Its readily apparent that Dr. Aibel genuinely loves what he does as does his staff. As a fellow motor head, it was great shooting the breeze about classic cars. Thank you for a job well done.

I sent my daughter to Dr. Aibel for a root canal. Both my husband and I have used him in the past and wouldnt want to use anyone else. Unfortunately, their office staff must have changed. Now you cant even get a person to pick up the phone. I called for her, left a message and called hours later to have Meagan answer. She basically said my daughter had to call her. Which she did, same issues. Leave msg after msg. Now approaching a holiday weekend, she was in horrible pain. They were supposed to contact her dentist office for reports. Now long holiday weekend goes by and as of Tuesday, they still had not gotten reports. My daughter called her dentist and asked to get them to Dr. Aibel which they did. On Thursday after calling and leaving msg again on wed. She finally gets through to be told, they still havent had time to review her records and they suggest she goes somewhere else. This is not the Dr. Aibels office we have ever experienced. I was always impressed with the tight ship he ran and his staff and him used to be top notch. Why didnt she say that on the first conversation. My daughter has been in such pain for almost two weeks. Not to mention the office hours she says they have are different then what is online or on their machine. And even when you call during office hours, they dont pick up and then tell you your msg was left after hours. So NOT TRUE!!! Just not very professional. I wonder if Dr. Aibel knows how Meagan is handling his customers or lack there of. So sad, we thought he was great! But when you have to chase an office down over and over and over to get an appointment and then to find out they wont even see you for weeks when you are in pain. The thought of waiting to get in now with another office is daunting.

Highly recommend this place to anybody! Excellent staff and amazing doctor! Walked in very nervous and came out very happy! Felt very comfortable during my root canal procedure. Five stars all the way!

I have had several re-treatments by Dr Aibel over the past few (several?) years and have recommended him highly to anyone I see and talk to who faces a root canal or root canal retreatment. Its astonishing to me how quickly he works, how painlessly and how considerately. He has never shrunk from taking the time to answer my sometimes MULTIPLE questions. Hes patient and, most important, hes calming. When you add to that the fact that he is *immensely* skilled and that he hires extremely skillful, knowledgeable and attentive assistants and staff, youve got a winning combination. I cannot recommend Dr Aibel highly enough and between saving some pretty troubling teeth of mine and doing so painlessly and skillfully, having to see him again, while being a bummer for my teeth, would definitely not be a bummer for me as a patient. 5 start indeed! Im very, very grateful.

Professional, efficient and friendly. What a relief! I am never happy having dental work done but Dr. Aibel and his staff made it easy. I have a flexible schedule and I was able to go in on short notice when they had a cancellation. I expected more pain and discomfort but this was not a big deal. Advil is taking care of it! Keith and his staff are godsends. I am on the road touring with a musical with one nighters, and they accepted the paperwork from a dentist in Michigan to see me the next day for a root canal. It was the most terrible pain in my life, and they got me all set up in a day.He and his team put me at ease from the moment I got there, and the procedure was totally pain free and comfortable. Arrived at doctor Aibel with pain at a ten,he took me in as an emergency without hesitation,he and his whole staff are very professional and charming,besides his great work he did on me,I loved the heated chair and music of my choice!!highly recommend his practice!!

Excellent Doctor and a great support staff. On the negative side, hes a Giants fan. I am from Phoenix and had several issues with porcelain crowns which left me in pain after another Dentist started working on my teeth. Doctor Aibel took great care of me and got me in right away. He immediately started working on my problem, and I said I was surprised that he took me in so fast. His response was, Youre in a lot of pain, and I am not going to send you away until I can offer you some relief. The root canals took about 2 hours each, but I was entertained by the back and forth banter with his assistant. When he has his mask on, he sort of has Borats eyes. I half expect a bear to show up!

They even got their own brand of chapstick!

God help you if you happen to speak with their scheduling person and you think you have made an appointment! I was certain I had made an appointment with Dr Abiel for a date in October but today his office called to say the first available appointment would be on Nov 2nd! An impossible wait for me since there is pain associated with this root canal. The Oct 24th date would have been bad enough to tolerate! And since I would be driving from CT for treatment, just impossible to do a consult first, followed by the actual root canal appointment then the crown schedule and appointment... too close to Holidays with all the driving involved as well. She was so flippant and incredibly annoying, not a sensitive bone in her body, never offering any solace or compassion in her voice or manner. So certain SHE was right and corrected me to tell me how the conversation actually transpired! I am sure Dr Abiel is as wonderful as everyone says he is and as his bio states however I will never know because Heather stood between myself and the Dr.
