This Pharmacy is incapable of giving out the COVID vaccine, please go to the NY State run site at the Mall instead. This pharmacy is unable to communicate with corporate and stop customers from booking appointments when they have no vaccines available. If you are sold out that’s fine, don’t let me book appointments online when you’re out of vaccine.

Came here for my flu shot. Staff was Friendly and professional. The store is clean and orderly.

Didnt go inside Walgreens I went through the drive-thru and this Walgreens on it is on Holland Ave unfortunately there used to be one downtown now there is no pharmacy downtown except a 920 Lark drive which is Whitney Young now theres no pharmacy downtown on the south end of Albany cuz they closed for some knows reason. I didnt put there now but theres no pharmacy downtown now inconvenient

Super poor communication within the pharmacy. Had knee surgery a week ago and I have left the house three times to pick up a medication that I keep being told is ready until I arrive and then get sent away because it’s not ready... super frustrating.After two days now of getting the run around they admit my prescription is lost in there system without a apology and I after today will never be ok stepping foot inside the location.

Super rude counter girl refused me covid test was mean spirited and petty.

Covid testing site unreliable. Drove 4 hours for my appointment for a test to find out it was closed and a cancellation should have been sent.

Was told they would not honor my insurance so I told them not to fill my order. Later received a call stating theyd updated my insurance and my order was ready. Traveled to pick up meds - STILL WOULD NOT HONOR INSURANCE. So all that for nothing. Go elsewhere, Walgreens management is a giant sentient flesh filled rotting trashbag.

Always tidy with great customer service. Hallmark department is always organized for your holiday card shopping trip. Ive always enjouen stopping by.

Lazy and inattentive employees/doctors is all I’ve experienced in the pharmacy department. Multiple times I have called in advance or prepaid on the app for scripts to be filled and they fail to do so.

Hillary in pharmacy was great at customer service. I had an issue and she was able to help me resolve it and hear what I had to say. It involved a cash discount from good rx . Consumers need to know that if you are paying cash for your prescriptions and you use a verified coupon discount provider such as good RX DO NOT let the pharmacy tell you that you have to transfer the prescription over first. It is true they can’t give you the exact price but it should be close to the coupon price. These stores are contracted with the coupon provider and the price needs to be very close. Good rx provides excellent customer service if you have a problem.

The pharmacy is located in a good area with plenty of parking space. I like how all the sales associates help me find what I need and all medication are refilled on time.

Stay away from this pharmacy. They are the slowest . 40 minutes wait and there was nobody inline to fill a prescription but me. Still sitting here waiting. What a joke

Provides a variety products (one of the few places to get Oil of Clove) checkout is sort of long when more than 3 people.

Convience and walking distance.

It is gut.
