Please trust my review. Dr Nalbone is a wonderful doctor. Ive been under his care for almost 20 years. He helped save my life. I dont say that frivolously. Hes provided the best care possible. Hes very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive never had an issue with his staff. They have always been very diligent. I think the negative reviews are unfounded.

Besides being very dismissive and brushing off questions and concerns I had; I felt there was something more going on than just my depression and anxiety. After doing some research and talking with others I thought it might be possible I was on the spectrum. Dr Nalbone told me I couldn’t be on the spectrum because I wanted friends and those on the spectrum don’t. Long story short I contacted another doctor of mine and found out I am on the spectrum. Dr Nalbone doesn’t care about his patients and just prescribes meds,

I would have given zero stars but will not allow it.This office is very rude to their clients. Samantha has to be the most unkind and rude receptionist I have ever dealt with. I Tried speaking to billing department numerous times as I received something from a collection agency but when I leave message after message they refuse to call and speak to me in regards to it and when I went to the main doctor, Dr Nalbone he says they are Claiming I owe 28 co pays and even said I don’t know why they would continue scheduling appointments if I “owed” that much and when I said for copies of bills they sent and when they were sent he refuses to send me copies of said payments and bills they claim they have sent. I ask how does no one address me over this bill in person if they are mailing me bills and I’m so call ignoring them?? Dr Nalbobne just ignored all I had to say and went off what his office is claiming and he hangs up on me when I ask for prof of these supposed 28 bills that were sent to me. Do NOT send anyone of your family there. They only care about money. We were patience of Nancy McCalren for over 9 years and just like that she refuses to help her client and instead calls another provider without any permission to do so and that’s ok in Dr Nalbones eyes as well. Please do not send anyone you truly care about to this group. We were treated as a “number” after going 9 years and built a relationship with this doctor and that’s how she treats you. Not okay at all. It’s actually sad how we were treated.

Dr. Nalbone is not qualified to care for those in need of a caring, concerned, competent doctor. I was there while he spoke of the frightening consequences of antidepressant use and of serotonin syndrome.A young member of my family saw him for moderate depression and was frightened completely by this experience!Do NOT go there expecting help!

Staff pulled up my private records to argue with me over the phone. Dr is creepy and cant remember to discuss my meds even though Its a med visit. He says maybe 4 sentences during a visit.

I couldnt agree with the bad reviews more. This is truly a terrible office. Very rude and unprofessional. They also wont return calls. I wish I never stepped foot in this office or met the horrible people that work here. They will in NO way help you and Im so glad Im not a patient anymore.

Expensive but willing to help. Ive been in a huge pinch financially. To be frank, my medication was bankrupting me. Dr Nalbone help me get stable, but moreover helped me afford it. Wether it was slipping me some free samples, helping me make the most of my insurance, or finding alternative medications for cheaper, hes really come through for me. The secretary does seem like she could be a bit testy if pushed.

Because of his stated personal belief that children cannot have bipolar disorder, he refused to acknowledge that possibility for my child. This seriously impacted my child’s care.

Not sure where these low scores are coming from, as my experience here has been the best Ive had in the capital area (and Ive been to a LOT of places).
