I had both eyes done for cataracts. The staff puts you at ease and are very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Bailey is great!! I will always recommend this practice for eye care.The results of my cataract surgery was amazing to me. I went from thick glasses and barely seeing to no glasses and I see everything so clearly.

Every was nice, but I didnt like when I went back for my follow-up .They had made the all the follow-up appointments for the same time. I had to wait over an hour. Also we were to close in the waiting room.

I was really nervous because this is the first time in my 48 yrs. of living that I’ve had any type of procedure. It was awesome. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Bailey is superb. Never felt anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience! Both doctor and assistants was very thorough. The most thorough exam I have ever had. I mistakenly checked a diagnoses an my examiner had to get another examiner to verify. He was unable to find it as well. But states he did find a small ...As soon as he name the condition I realized I had misinformed them. I am so grateful, and commend this staff for a job well done.

I brought my sister to this office. WE HAD an over 2Hour wait to even get in to see the Dr. after talking to others waiting in the lobby, they had experienced several times. Your apt. time does not matter. If they work people in your apt is pushed back. I was told they overbooked and one doctor was on vacation. I asked if they knew this - why was overbooking involved?Do not go to this office if you care about the time you wait because they certainly don’t care.This was the second time I carried my sister. Same song second verse😡😡😡👎👎👎

The overall experience with eye center south Albany GA was outstanding, however, the front desk staff were rude and not very customer service oriented. Everything after the front desk was simply superb. The expertise of both Dr. Bailey and Dr. Senn was wonderful, I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks for everything you did to help with my vision problems.

The doctor and staff were courteous and knowledgeable. However I couldnt get my script without paying 40.00 entry dollars. So I have to wait 2 years until my insurance will pay for another eye exam before I can get new glasses. It wont be here.

Dr. Leitner is THE best!Not only is he an excellent Doctor...he cares about people.Almost one year ago, durning what I thought was going to be a routine eye exam, Dr Leitner discovered the signs of what turned out to be a very large brain tumor.I would be blind today but for the fact that Dr. Leitner cared enough to listen.I will not see anyone but him. Hes my Doctor.
