Specifically requested an appointment with Dr. Brown to discuss present condition from operation performed by Dr. Pare, who I understood had been terminated shortly after my surgery. Unfortunately got an assistant Heather, who, upon my questioning why i wasnt seeing Dr. Brown, completely ignored me and went into questioning why I was there. Visit and attitude was very impersonal and hurried, no real concern for situation, only suggestion was increasing meds, very disappointed.

The nurse i seen told me they dont accept patients who are veterans after i explaned my conditions she again said we dont take veterans but i will send the dr in anyway...dr pare spent less than 5 minutes with me and said this is an old injury and nothing can be done about it (t-7 through t-10 compression fractures) he then opened the door with his left hand and showed me the way out with his right...i said doc the va sent me here for help he said i know i said doc im in pain he again said i know and motioned for me to leave with his right hand...i left crying in pain...absolutely no compassion or care what so ever....flat out refused to help me because i served my country....despicable people...

Dr. Brown is awesome. Staff are great. She has done both of my cervical surgeries and i have had great outcome with both.

Mrs.Kimberly brown the only doctor here that was able to save my son Alexander Thomas life. For what I was told he was the young she ever did surgery on an I think god they was able an she was able to do the surgery for my son we love you Mrs. Brown an once again 😘you so much

I would give no stars, seems if its in the spine and not the brain, she dont want to help. Have heard this from many other patients as well. She is also very rushy
