Customer Services need to be improved upon, especially by the Office Manager.. There were two excellent staff in the front office before COVID last year but some reason they did not return after reopening after COVID. They were an older lady and younger lady.

On December 5, 2019, I had an appointment for a root canal... At this time, I also needed 5 fillings on my upper teeth as well as the root canal on the upper.. I was informed that I should go ahead and have the fillings done since my mouth was already gonna be numb.. I agreed and all the procedures went very well... The entire staff is beyond professional and the services I received, were exceptionally wonderful. My smile is BEAUTIFUL and I owe it all to Dr. Edwards... Thank You and Ill see you all real soon....

As always Dr. Howard and her staff go over and beyond to help when in need. I was in so much pain and they took care of me instantly and in great spirits. They are detailed with explaining your options so that you can make the best decision for your mouth and pocket. Thank you so much and I recommend them to all.

My visits there are always pleasant ones. The staff is just like family. From the time you check in, and upon you checking out. They are very friendly, nice to talk to, always smiling, and very friendly. I would recommend those who need to have some dental work done, to give them a call. I promise you they wont regret it.

On my last visit I was there for a cleaning and it went very well. My wait was not long at all. The young lady that cleaned my teeth explained what she was doing and what to expect. I know a lot of people don’t like going to the dentist but I have to say my experience was very pleasant.

My 7 year old son had a chipped tooth and was in pain. They were able to see him right away even with him being a new patient. The whole staff is AWESOME and made my son feel very comfortable. Super friendly staff and everything was great. They just wouldnt let me go back with my 4 year old daughter, who has been nervous about her appointment. Next time well go to a childrens dentistry, even if its not in network with our insurance. I want to be able to see what theyre doing.

I have been a patient of doctor Howard for several years. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very pleasant never have a problem getting in and out in a timely manner. The office is always decorated for every season. Dr. Howard is very patient and gentle during her treatments.I went into the office yesterday, staff greeted me, by name as I walked in. Staff and Dental Hygienist very professional.

This facility is absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Howard has definitely followed her GOD given calling and it shows! If I must go to the office of a dentist for dental work, it must be the office of Dr. Howard. The environment is aesthetically pleasing and clean. The colors and music are warm and soothing. The staff are very friendly, even Lingo as she sweetly talks me into paying my balance after insurance and my copay. With great decorum and suave she talks me into paying my entire balance and I appreciate it. Sabrina empathizes with me about the challenges I deal with (claustrophobia). Dr. Howard comes along and kills it. She eases my nervousness and gets the job done with very little pain. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism all.

Dr. Edwards was professional, friendly and her spirit was amazing!! She handled my procedure with great care, precision and efficiency!!! Her staff was equally amazing!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Dr. Howard takes time to explain all the procedures. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Howard has a great rapport with her assistant and hygienist and they all work very well together and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

I have been attending Dr. Annies office since I was a little girl. I always enjoy my visits because the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait long after arriving for my appointments and each staff member treats me with care. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Annie because she makes me feel comfortable when Im in the chair and it never fails that she doesnt put a smile on my face. She genuinely cares about the health and conditions of her patients teeth. I can also always expect for Dr. Annie to work diligently and carefully when tending to my teeth. I cant think of a visit where I have left unsatisfied with my services. My insurance is accepted at Dr. Annies office as well, which makes my visits and treatments affordable. I have come to love this office, the staff, and Dr. Annie.

When asked why I was simply told its their policy with no further explanation. I am not comfortable with my young child being alone with strangers in this type of medical situation. I understand its the office policy but it was never told to me beforehand and I wish it had been. A sign stating it in the lobby would have been very helpful. I prefer an office where I can be with my child.

I wish the reviews allow negatives (-10 would fit well)The worst set of ‘professionals’ I’ve seen...despite not having your scheduling in order I had to reschedule more than twice for the last two visits, and the front office being so rude on the phone as if this is not a place of business! They speak to you like you don’t matter and whatever they say goes regardless of what you trying to do. Priority should be your patients and their comfort and be able to communicate without acting as though they are nothing but someone to get on your nerves for the day , because guess what, without them, there wouldnt be a business. Then if you choose to work in this profession, especially with younger children you have to have some compassion of how you treat them and to know these visits are traumatizing enough, and for someone to feel like it’s okay to yell at a child because they are not ‘holding their head right’ can cause things to spiral out of control when it doesn’t have to...so to keep us all from being on any news stations, we will seek dental care elsewhere....Everyone is not going to allow that behavior with their children for future reference...The entire staff needs the attention and trainings on how to deal with people in general or seek other employment if the job is not for you, personal issues should be left at the door!!

I had an excellent experience meeting Dr. Howard and her staff. They repaired a broken filling on my front tooth from a previous dentist and didnt even have to give me a shot! Everything was done in one day from assessment to filling. I highly recommend this practice and will be going back for cleanings etc.

Awful experience, some of the front staff has awful B2C practices, you to have set up appointments a month or so out for something simple as a cleaning, then they change your appointment time and give it to some one else or over booked the doctor schedule, so they lie to change the schedule appointment you had originally set because they say and pretended to call me the week before to confirm the appointment I never receive a call, then when i ask well what umber did you dial they said they already WENT into MY account and deleted the number already so they cant tell me what numbers they called when I just had updated my account information because they wouldn’t set me up an appointment if I did not give them an emergency contact number saying it apart of their office policies. Then again after they tell me to come earlier and you inform that you can’t make it but you can make the original time, they say we going have to reschedule which is fine but they don’t know when it’s going to be for a cleaning that you literally just waited a month for already.... so being told and giving the attitude from the office manager sabina either you can take ot or not I decided to decline services going forward, due to my customers experience with the front staff

Dr. Annie Howard is Bomb, I mean today ,I was in so much pain from a toothache , I would rather have a baby ,lol. I had a choice to either ,have my tooth pulled or to have another root canal, I chose to have my tooth pulled. The Doctor is Great but the office manager is very rude. Im 7 months pregnant and she confronted me about my headscarf when I was asked to come by tge office to do another x-ray for a tooth that needs to be abstract. My appointment was changed 3 times before I could get the work done.One of the ladies that changed my appointment didnt ask me what days are good to do the procedure. She just gave me a date and time. At this point I felt uncomfortable due to being so late in my pregnancy so I aware her of it and now I have a $50.00 cancel fee. Smh

Perception of this office was better than the actual work! Where is there policy written? I asked one of the staff and she remained silent over the phone. You have to pay for missed appointments and your own x-rays! Plus much more that we probably dont know about.Instead of doing the quality job they do the opposite. Me personally coming back there 3 times to fix the same tooth has worsen my problem rather than making it better. Its unfortunate

The reception is EXTREMELY rude. And doesnt care what she says, as if she owns the office. I wonder if Dr. Howard knows about the way she speaks to patients? This was my first and last time allowing one of my children to be seen at the office. Something really needs to be done about Burnadate or whatever her name is attitude, you loose patients when you have rude staffing people.

DO NOT BRING YOUR SMALLER KIDS TO THIS LADY. She don’t allow parents in back with kids because if she’s hurting them she don’t want u to know and will turn up the music to keep u from hearing your child cry. Then the last time i came in to get a cleaning they told me I had a cavity and went to another dentist and was told I didn’t have one. If I could rate a zero I would.

Late review, I took my son early September.Seems to be a lot of negative reviews about staff being rude or not being allowed back with your child.. I can say the staff was most definitely not rude during my visit. I actually told my coworkers how much I liked the place once I got back to work The staff was very friendly during my visit.I can say they do not let parents back with them which I was not aware of until after we had gotten there. While I wasnt too pleased, I knew my 6 year old son would have told me if he was treated wrong then I would have raised hell... But everything went good, my son enjoyed his visit and staff was great.

I will never again recommend this dental office to anyone. My children were scheduled an appointment 2 LONG MONTHS AGO for an appt on April 17,2019 at 4pm. I receive a phone call on April 15,2019 comfirming my appt for Wednesday April 17, 2019 at 12pm I said no maam their appt is at 4pm. Oh well dr howard changed her schedule and she only sees children from 9am-1pm. I told her that I was not gonna be able to make that appt at 12pm because they will be taking their georgia milestones and I would not be taking them from testing so she said that she woukd try to fit them in on another day. No sympathy no remorse no understanding that I had waited 2 months for this appt for them to be seen and you cant work with me. I didnt receive a courtesy call, email, text message or letter in the mail regarding this change or its effective date. Very unprofessional at handling business like that. IThen was told to get their records transferred to another dentist it will cost me $25 per child out of pocket. What a BIG NASTY INCONVENIENCE FOR ME....its not my fault they up and change hours and dont wanna accomodate me for the appt they set 2 months ago......

The absolute best dentist experience Ive ever had!!! I called complaining about a toothache and they were able to get me in the same day! Unfortunately I had to get a root canal (Ive heard some horror stories) but the procedure did not take long and it was pain free... I didnt even have to take pain meds and I was able to go to work as soon as we finished the procedure! Needless to say I love that woman and her amazing staff!! 😙😙 let them take care of your smile! 💋

I was extremely scared to go but I had too because a tooth was killing me and hurting my ears!!! When I say shes good, shes dann good!!! Number me with no pain of the needle, didnt feel a thing, well maybe a little pressure before the fill in, but other than that, NO PAIN!!! My biggest fear was the pain and I did not have any. For someone as scared of the dentist like I am, I promise yall, it was not painful. Dr. Howard knows whats shes doing and she will get the job done right and PAIN FREE!!!
