I love everything about this place. From the front desk receptionist that has always greeted me by name and with a smile and my Dr who is Dr Johnson. Shes very thorough and not in a rush to leave the room. . Answers questions I might have. And today talked to me like a very good friend. I even asked her could she be my therapist. I would definitely recommend East Albany Medical Center to anybody.

I wish I could give Lee Medical Arts no stars at all. The staff who calls patients with information is rude. Dr. Whaling acts like he cant refill medication for his patients. They are lazy and usually takes 2 to 3 days to get back with patients about questions and concerns. This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with.

I visited the office at 401 S Madison St today. They were able to get me a same day appointment and the staff was very kind and caring. Great job!
