ZERO STARS! Absolutely the worst dental experience Ive ever had. The dentist was rude and told me I was going to lose my tooth! I had just seen a specialist who said everything looked great! I left the office in tears. DO NOT GO HERE!

Only denist I trust to touch my teeth!

Overall very pleased. The receptionist and hygienists were exceptionally nice. The dentist was nice but not sure he took my concerns about my son adult teeth growing around the baby ones seriously. Also my son had zero cavities yet still got scolded for not brushing well enough. Still quite happy, especially compared to the last 2 dentists. Hopefully, they keep taking our insurance.

I’m a new patient and couldn’t have had a more positive appointment. Everyone that I came in contact with were very pleasant and professional. Dr. Thomas makes you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. I will be more than happy to recommend this practice to family and friends.

I’ve been going to Western Dental Care for years. I had dental implants done, and Dr. Thomas’ attention to detail when fitting my crowns was impeccable. He sent the crowns back to the lab twice because he wasn’t satisfied with the fit. After the third appointment, they finally fit correctly. He was happy, and more importantly so was I. I love my dental implants and all the other work I’ve had done at Western Dental Care. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone.

I just completed 4 months of dental work. Three crowns and two filings. I have a low threshold for pain however Dr. Thomas administered the right amount of novocain and I didnt experience any discomfort during any of my visits. The dental assistants were friendly and professional and the front office staff was pleasant and courteous. I would recommend the practice to anyone seeking dental care.

I have been treating with Dr Thomas for 15 years or more and he has always done great work. I have had many dental issues over the years and he has treated them and Ive never had a problem after he completed the work. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and comforting. One of my more enjoyable Dentist Visits and I was there for a double extraction one of which was my wisdom tooth.

Happy for everything so far after having done cleanings, fillings & crown. Very friendly stuff, and short waiting time for each appointment. Once my schedule was messed up, and came to office early in the morning, Dr. Thomas still managed to see me.

I got tired of paying way too much for dental care to a dentist who I swore started charging me more because I picked up dental insurance. So I started searching for a local dentist who accepted my insurance. This was a totally random selection. No checking recommendations and I dont put a lot of faith into online reviews. I found the staff to go out of their way to welcome and accomodate me, especially as a new client. They are very efficient, kept me well informed, and very professional. Dr. Thomas is very professional and clearly explains the situation and offers options for treatment. He was also accepting of my choice even though it wasnt the most expensive option and gladly performed the work with no pressure. I was very satisfied with the work he perfomed on my first visit six months ago. Recently, I had a dental emergency a week before my next scheduled cleaning and exam and called to see if Icould get in earlier. To my surprise, they had me in the office within two hours for treatment. Im very satisfied with the treatment and would gladly recommend them if youre looking for a dentist. I know most people dont like to go to the dentist, me included, but sooner or later you need one and Ill be a regular customer from here on out.
