I have been coming here for over 15 years. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I recently had to have a root canal and I was very anxious. Dr. Farooqui was an absolute angel. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She checked on me throughout the whole procedure. She is very gentle and talented. I did not feel anything, and this tooth was very damaged to begin with. I will never go to another dentist. Noelle at reception has been there since I started going and she makes the experience that much better. Melanie the hygienist is so compassionate and you can tell she cares about her patients, just like the rest of the staff. I recommend this office 110%!

Dr. Farooqui has been my dentist for many years. She is very knowledgeable, and is always very pleasant. Currently, she has been correcting my jaw and teeth issues with braces, and the progress has been tremendous. My hygienist Melanie is also a pleasure to deal with. She is very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns during my appointments. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone currently looking for one!

Dr. Farooqui saw me immediately for a dental emergency. She was extremely gentle, thorough, and professional. Her knowledge of updated procedures meant a root canal was completed in one and a half hours. Again, there was no discomfort at all. Her gentle touch made this an easy experience. Highly recommended!

The staff at Albany Group Dental are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a patient wih this group for almost 10 years. Dr. Farouqui is an awesome dentist who identified a problem with my jaw and, without surgery, has corrected the misalignment and no more chronic headaches and constant jaw pain.

Very happy with the services I have received and how much my teeth have improved. The staff are very friendly and would recommend Dr. Farooqui to anyone seeking dental care.

My family has been going here for over 10 years. They are professional and courteous. The office is impeccably clean and they EXCEED all DOH and CDC STANDARDS for the Covid-19 Virus. Scheduling is great, they always try to fit you. Plus they will call you if they have a cancellation to see if that works better into your schedule. They are wonderful, personable and treat you like family.Ys

Small staff, so they understandably get delayed sometimes, especially because they dont rush things and actually do a great job. Ive only been there twice so far (routine cleaning; replacing fillings), however both times were a pleasant experience and they did an amazing job on my fillings (old ones were on the front teeth and stained -- they managed to replace/polish them up to the point where theres no discernible difference between the tooth and the filling, which used to be the case even before the stains appeared). Definitely recommend.

I like the doctor but I dont like the office personal. They are rude and arrogant. I dont think they care about the patients.Plus they only work 3.5 days a week which can be an issue if you have an urgent issue.

Dr. Farooqui is the best! I have had fear of the dentist for my whole life, I am 62. I came here such a nervous wreck but Dr. Farooqui has a calm and gentle way about her. She did all of my dental work and I cried, she said I could do it and I did. In fact I brought my Mother here to get new dentures
