I asked her to do my eyebrows and it was so painful that I was about to cry, it felt like she was taking out too much hair but I just trusted the process. My eyebrows were as thin as a shoelace and the left one had a whole spot of missing hair. Her reasoning was “ I was just cleaning the bottom” and I left. My eyebrows takes months to even grow back the slightest. Worst experience.

Sarah was veryyyyyyyyyy rude and unprofessional. It was really uncomfortable doing my brows with her. I domt Know if it’s because I’m not from her nation or what, but she didn’t seem pleased to see me. From the minute i stepped In to the time i stepped Out! I travel 40 minutes to get here because I have always been thrilled by the skill of everyone here. I went Thursday evening, and I could not be more disappointed. The young lady working was obviously new and somewhat unfriendly. Her threading was actually painful, and I literally have two differently-shaped eyebrows. Disappointing, to say the very least.

They always do a great job on my eyebrows here. Fast work, and my brows look beautifully groomed after.

Ive been getting my eyebrows done a long time there. Tonight she over threaded my one eye leaving me with a gap. I showed her and she said thats how it was. No apology or anything. I am so upset she even had the nerve to charge me. I will NEVER go there again and probably never even get my eyebrows threaded again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Praying the gap grows in (right at the beginning of my brow, awful looking and very obvious. Would not recommend at all.

Hit or miss place, depending on who you get. Some of the ladies are excellent, professional, and quick! Some of the ladies are very rough-- I had cuts on my eyelids with one, that seems a little unnecessary? That said, this is a no-frills shop. You dont pick the shape of your eyebrows, you get what you get, which again depends on the person doing the threading. They have a punch card loyalty program. I have not gone for other services but I know they also have eyelash extensions and threading for more of the face. Its convenient and good for touch-ups.

A quick clean job on eyebrows and done.. Very knowledgeable about their work..will definitely come back.

They are absolutely rude and insensitive to the costumers I have never felt more disrespected in my life, after paying good money that too. Especially this one girl. Once she was so rough on me I had scabs on my upper lip and brows, and she was so rude and aggressive about it. At the same time another girl walked in asking since they messed up her brows can they fix it and they were again so rude and aggressive to her too. I will never go back. I would not pay good money to be ill treated this way!! I never post a review, but I could not help but do so to warn everyone else. If I could post 0 stars I would.

Uncivilized behaviour and bad service - so go at your own risk! I had a terrible experience and it is probably the first time Ive EVER had such an experience in a salon and Ive been going to salons for 20+ years. Especially one girl who is some kind of manager or supervisor but not sure. She was very very very rude and terrible. She does a bad job of threading and when you request her to fix it, she is personally very rude and disrespectful. The other girl there also ganged up for no reason. I had to leave the salon half-way through because of their rudeness and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the whole thing. NOT going there again. Customers come to get a service and pay for it - in a civilized manner. I know of other people who have stopped going there because of her. Also, management - you should ideally be refunding people who have paid in spite of the bad service and damage done by the girl. Hope this serves as a warning to others and for management to take notice. If not, you are not likely to have many customers left. Google does not give option for zero or negative stars as that is what their customer ill treatment deserves.

I was there today before 8 o’clock to do a full face and the employee refused to do my full face even though that’s what i made my appointment for she had over one hour to do my face but she said no it’s late or what if i get busy i left my job early for this appointment and i’m very upset with the work ethic of this lady hoplefully they do something about this and i hope the manager will see this

I will NOT be back! They have made it clear they dont need my money. I have been going here for about 1 year, I have tolerated the rudeness, cuts and wait times. But enough with the rudeness! Literally, no customer service skills AT ALL!Last week Sunday I went and got threading for my whole face which was $38.00. It was an ok job, got into my car and saw she missed a few but didnt go back in because there was only 1 lady there. While she was doing it, she went all around my cheeks and I immediately decided never to do that again as it really hurt and it was all baby hair which I didnt mind.Therefore, this Sunday I returned, one again there was only one lady but I elected to wait since it was the only reason I drove 25mins to the mall. After waiting for about 45mins, another lady walked in. She was the same lady from Sunday, I told her to just do my sideburns, chin and neck. She quoted $35.00 and asked why since I paid $38.00 for my whole face last week she stated because youre breaking it up. I said I cant get my eyebrows and cheeks done again because theres nothing to remove.She rolled her eyes, shrugged and she said $35.00. I had enough and got up and walked out.

Woman working in the location at Crossgates Mall rushed my eyebrows while the store was empty, and made the left brown significantly smaller than the right. Would definitely recommend the Colonie Center location.

They do a good job on eyebrows sometimes but one of the girls are very very rude. She is so rough on people. Very bad attitude. I know at least 5 people who stopped coming to this place just because this unbearably mean lady. I went today with a friend and while we were waiting another lady came complaining about the service. It’s about the same girl. I stopped going after she was rude to me for no reason. I just wanted to warn customers.

Every time I get my brows done, it doesn’t matter if it is in Colonie mall or in their newest location in Crossgates, they ALWAYS come out the way I want them to. It is my favorite brow place ever. I have tried various other places, but nothing can compare to this!
