They Charged me $260 dollars for medium box braids that werent what i asked for. She told me at first that it will come up to $200 for them. i even showed her a picture of the micro box braids. Then when it was time to get my hair done she charged me $60 dollars extra. i wanted micro box braids and she said that it would be a lot of work. when they did my hair it came out to be medium box braids and still charged me the amount that micro box braids would cost. never going here ever again.

The stylists are only able to do a limited amount of styles. The owner is very sweet.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get braids for our trip to Florida. When we arrived we were greeted with a very rude energy as if we werent welcome. We were then told it be at least an hour before anyone can help us. Dont waste your time if your daughter is white. Never felt this type of service especially for a 4 year old. Dont bother calling

So I recently moved to Albany Area So I wasnt 2 familiar with the place,I wanted to get my hair braided so I decided to Google braid shops near me I saw Several but I choose this 1 based on the good Reviews I read on here,But my it was the worst decision ever😒,first of all wen I call the person who answered was very nice iam assuming it was the owner Pelagie she told me to com the same day I could get my hair braided,I explained to her my hair was very short and natural however I can twist my own hair so it can hold braids she said ok once it can twist then it can be braided.i asked her how long it would take she said once I reached 2:30 pm then I could be out by 8pm,I didnt left there until 2am ...at 1 point 3 ppl was in my hair it took forever.Long and short 1 day later all the braids from the back and sides started falling out a waste of my money It wasnt worth it ,honestly the ladies that braided the back did a nasty job however the owner Pelagie braided a small part in the top that was neat that covered the sloppy work at the back thats why I didnt notice until I got home I would have never tip them $15 ...I noticed customers got their hair cornrows and pulled it out because of dissatisfaction and all was said is that the lady had to pay the full money for the braid,I am extremely Disappointed and would not recommend Anyone to get their hair braided there
