Great salon experience with Marq!! my natural hair looks and feels great after my service. would highly recommend booking an appointment!

Did not get a chance to book with Marq because of his unprofessional attitude. He asked me to drop my wig off a day before styling it, and arrived 40 minutes late just for the hair delivery. Then he arrived and told me he would not do the style I wanted simply because he did not like the pre-made wig. I traveled from New Orleans to Albany to have him do my hair, & even called before getting in town before bringing the hair & he said it was fine. He didn’t even attempt to try to work with the wig, but wanted me to pay an extra $350 to purchase his own hair product. He took my deposit and canceled my appointment after I traveled 7 hrs just to book. He has no consideration for people’s Time, Effort, or Money & has an attitude I would never want to work with.

I Absolutely love the amazing staff!!! The salon is very upscale, the environment is inviting and the staff is very warm and knowledgeable. I hadnt worn my natural hair in a while and was very sensitive about even showing it in a salon setting. The owners, Fred and Mark made me feel so comfortable and recommended styles I could wear to enhance my natural beauty. I am getting long braids today and already in love with them. I highly recommend PressD Natural Hair Spa and Blow Dry Bat for your hair care needs.

He massages your scalp like no other, and he treated both me and my daughter like queens from start to finish! I was greeted by Marq B upon entering, and the hospitality continued until I left.
