I have been going to both women to have my eyebrows threaded for over two years now and have never been disappointed! They do a great job with eyebrow shaping and are much more gentle than the places in the mall! Please give these ladies a chance, and I promise you will never want to go back anywhere else!

Jan is absolutely amazing! Takes her time, listens to what you want, always a smile on her face. Only person that Id ever let touch my eyebrows. Lucky to have found her!

Tried this place today for the first time after driving by hundreds of times but never stopping in...I will definitely be back! I’ve tried several places for threading but Jan did the best job by far and for a lower price than anywhere else I’ve gone! I finally found a place I’ll be sticking with!

Best Threading and Blow Outs in Albany!!! I love Reshma! The GO TO place for a quick blow out and eyebrow shaping. I come here regularly once sometimes twice a week for blow outs. She does my single process color! So in love with the results. I have been to many places in Albany area and they just can’t seem to do a simple blow out right let alone clean my brows. But Reshma took me in as her client and always squeezes me into her heavy schedule. She is truly a sweetheart and doesn’t stop unless you are happy. She truly cares about all her customers to the point where she will stay late to accommodate your schedule. Love this place 😍😍😍😍

Ive been waxed and had color services for over a Year and have had the best experience. Great prices too for services. Reshma is always so kind and polite. Love her. Id highly recommend this salon. Best eyebrow threading in Colonie! Jan and Reshma are wonderful, very courteous and provide prompt service with amazing results! I wouldnt trust my eyebrows to anyone else! This is also a full service salon with many other services available!

I have visited this location for hand waxing and threading, Lady named reshma received me, she used wax too many times at the same place because of that I got rashes on my hand. When I was explaining the burning sensation on my hand her response was inappropriate and rude. Iam very disappointed with the service they have provided.

My husband and I have never had one negative experience. Reshma is amazing! Shes friendly and does a good job everytime.

First time I went and got my eyebrows done the lady thats there in the morning she is so patient so lovely so kind went there second time it wasnt the same lady very rude disrespectful rushed mess my eyebrows up I asked her if I can have the mirror to look at it she told me know when shes done I spoke to the manager which was the first woman that did my brows and she told me what the time that shes available so that is the only time I will be there never go in the afternoon the lady that works in the afternoon is absolutely disgusting and totally unprofessional
