Such a very welcoming place. The owner is sweet, my stylist is very experienced and very easy to talk to and ask questions pertaining to my hair. Its hard to good people. When you find your stylist, and your happy. KEEP THEM!

Corona is the absolute best master stylist. He is professional and on time. He delivers a gorgeous silk press, styling, and hair coloring services. His hair extensions are also superb. I would highly recommend him for different hair textures.

The made me wait over a week to get my daughters hair done then cancels on me a hour before my appointment when I was driving there. Then doesn’t even consider making room for my daughter the next day... I never given been here before thank goodness I saved my money.

I came to Jades Hair Envy back in December to get my locs fixed, I’ve dealt with some damage and needed serious repair and Michelle did nothing but an EXCELLENT job fixing my locs and also very knowledgeable and patient with my millions of questions I had lol, I’ve been going back multiple times now and had one occasion where I accidentally came in on the wrong day and she still was happy to do my locs anyway. Great environment, nice people and I am completely content with Michelle doing my hair. I’d highly recommend especially if you have damaged locs.

Renita was my stylist & she was professional & poised. Her customer service was outstanding & she even offered suggestions on how to style my natural hair & what products to use to help me transition my hair from permed to natural(Im a newbie..lol) She braided my hair perfectly & slayed my sew-in!!! When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by everyone. The salon was clean & everyone was working(and following the COVID protocols). This was my first time visiting and it will not be my last.

I love going to Jade’s Hair Envy. I always see Michelle and she always does a superb job cutting and styling. I have never had a negative experience at Jade’s. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home.

I have getting my hair done at Jades for almost 7 years and from day 1, till now, I continue to get professional and top shelf service from everyone- the person who greets me, shampoos my hair, walking by, etc.Be prepared to be asked if you would like some tea or water, and as a treat, if the shop is not too busy, you will get some freshly popped popcorn!!The owner, Jade, does my hair and keeps me looking amazing! She is not just a phenomenal entrprenuer, she is a great supporter and coach to her staff, the community and other entrprenuers.Each stylist is multi-talented, professional, are able to do hair from individuals of every culture, texture, and bring their own individual flare to the salon. I brought my daughter here for a silk press. We were greeted by Jade, the owner, which is always nice. My daughters hair is very thick and curly and its hard to even brush it. Mariah took great care of her and did an outstanding job. Were very happy with the result and will be back in the future.

Staff are friendly and personable. Everyone is always laughing, singing and having a good time. Very family friendly and they have snacks and drinks while you wait. Definitely my favorite shop. I feel great walking in AND out every time. If your a natural hair girl like me ask about their smoothing treatments! They SAVE my hair from heat damage.

OMG... the staff here was such an amazing group of people. I made the BIG CHOP yesterday going from hair down my back to a short ... very short cut, it came out AMAZING!!! I love it my husband loves it as well. I am a client for life. Very professional, fun almost family like atmosphere.

Today, was my very first time getting my hair done at this salon since I moved up from Va. I have been natural for close to 9 years and was apprehensive at first. I must say, the staff was very accommodating. I was seen right away. I was undecided on what to do with my hair. But The owner Jade was super professional and set me up with Rifka who styled my hair with a very cute two strand twist up do. I left very pleased.They have gained a new customer. Pleased to say I will be returning!!!

Its very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review. The staff is so friendly and delivered such excellent customer service. I was told about this place by another natural hair woman. She had recommended me a specific stylist and I could not remember the name when I booked. I also did not research the stylist on their website... I just picked the earliest appointment I could.... unfortunately, I ended up with Karen... I left this salon with hair that was both fried and filled with heavy product. So much mousse was placed in my hair that I was not able to put my hands through it without getting stuck (I wish I was exaggerating here, but not even a comb could pass through my hair without force). I met up with friends after and they were speechless on my results. I have never had an experience like this..... I had to wash my hair right after to get the product build up out. Thats $55 wasted. Upon washing it... Ive noticed more split ends, more breakage, and looser curls. When flat ironing my hair, I dont usually add mousse (she pretty much covered my hair in it), but I figured I should trust the stylist, because surely they know what theyre doing.... I wanted to save myself time from straightening it myself, but I instead caused my hair more damage :((. I dont think I will take more risk on trying another stylist.

Its a nice place. Better than most i been to in the past 5 years. Very polite people and kid friendly. It was my first time there today i thought it went good. Two ladies gave me some good advice on my hair. Only bad thing i can say is i had an appointment for 8:30 didnt get started till almost 9:30 but i seen they are very busy. Must say i was watching how everyone do hair it was very nice. What stood out me is theres a guy that did a wash and set on a few girls hair and omg i was ready to take my locks out and get my hair done. It was beautiful. Hair looked very nice and silky. I will be bringing my kids to him. But i must say if you want interlocks the person to got to is Michelle. I love it. I came there and my hair was really a mess and she really finesse to my interlocks. I do recommend this place to everyone.

Had an appointment today to get my hair braided at 8 in the morning. Showed up with the hair that the stylist told me to buy for it and when I came into the salon they told me I did not have an appointment at all. This was very inconvenient as i dont have alot of time during the week to even get my hair done! The stylist told me that I had to call her to confirm this appointment. She never told me that when I came in the store to set the appointment. All she told me was to buy the hair and make sure I bring a lunch with me cause I would be there for a decent amount of time. I am very disappointed, I was looking forward to getting my hair done today. I will just go somewhere else I guess.

Went there to get my hair chopped off due to lots of damage and trying to go back natural. I was soo nervous I was going to walk out feeling ugly with short hair but my stylist made it beautiful! They definitely gained a new customer.

I am going to start off by saying that I have been natural for 4 years and feared going to a hair salon because I did not want to end up going to someone who was inexperienced with African American textured hair. Anyways, I wanted to get my hair straightened so I looked up this hair salon & decided to try it. After looking at their website, I chose to go with Mariah Fredericks because the website said she was experienced with working on natural hair. She was nice, service was great and the results were great (even though my hair was tough to deal with) but long story short, i washed my hair a week later & I have HEAT DAMAGE throughout the back of my hair. The pic shows some of the damage. This is exactly what i feared was going to happen, so never coming here again!

I am very happy with the service I receive. I am always told that they like my hairstyle.
