Janelle did a lovely job on my hair, but I can’t give a very positive review because of what she put my sister through. My sister called me very sad because her hair wasn’t at all what she had asked for, and I told her to just tell Janelle and ask what could be done. Janelle refunded her the money, but then made things personal by saying it was because my sister can’t afford it. Later she stated that it’s actually her policy to refund if people aren’t perfectly satisfied. My sister had been so afraid to even say anything in the first place because she didn’t want to hurt the artists feelings, and felt so bad that she tried to send the money back. This morning Janelle randomly texts her telling to find another stylist because she can’t afford a client who doesn’t pay, and said that it broke her heart that my sister didn’t love how her hair turned out.

French Twist LLC in Albany, OR is convenient and easy to get an appointment. I received numerous haircuts, all of which were, at least, fine. Everyone was kind and the facility was well maintained. My last haircut was excellent, my wife was impressed; Janelle was the stylist. Janelle was also enthusiastic, sociable, and charming. Id like to give the facility 5 starts just to send more people this location for the excellent stylists there. French Twist LLC is my now and future haircut location.

Got my girlfriend to go so she could trim the dead ends and color her hair. Janelle was Ducking awesome and made my girls hair look almost iridescent except it was all red!!!Awesome value and attentiveness especially during a time small business is being destroyed by lockdowns.Establishment was very safe following guidelines which is great to see!!!!

Tancy is the best at eyebrows! I have had my eyebrows done since I was 15 and her work is by far the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going to her for a couple years now and she always delivers and is flexible with her scheduling. 😊❤️

Do not make the mistake I made. I got a rushed haircut. She took 15 mins to butcher me. She didnt care about what I asked for, she ruined my hair. I have naturally very thick curly hair and she chopped it off at all different lengths. I have been spiraling into a depression because I cant even stomach looking in the mirror.Rushed service·Painful experience·Inconsistent results

Unable to cut mens hair, my hair is lop sided. went in for them to fix it. its worse than what it was. stay away from them if youre male. i havent going here since 2018. They can no longer cut hair evenly or perform a basic fade.

Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair!!! I had like 4 inches of grow out and on the ends I had some ugly yellowish color like I honestly don’t even think it should be a color but I went in today to have that color covered to match my natural hair color and I’ve never had good luck with people doing my hair so I was honestly sooo nervous but she matched it to my natural hair and it blended so well and I absolutely love the results!! The hair cut I got too was on point!!! I highly recommend French twist and all the ladies that work there are sooo amazing!! Thank you again Jennifer!!! I’ve already had so many compliments since I left! I will absolutely be back again!!! Not to mention the price!!!! Such a great price for all the things I got done today! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would!!!

Great stylist and hair Artists. If you are going for a nice dye job I would deffinetly recommend Cindy. Hair Cut was fabulous and on point, and the dye job was gorgeous. All the stylists listen pretty well and it is always over all a great experience. Love the hair care tips as well. Deffinetly would go there again. Great service.

We r From out of state and read some reviews. Walked in and the owner had his pet bird there that they rescued and was able to talk with us. Elizabeth cut my sons hair and she did an outstanding job. The hair cut was also only $15.

Elizabeth is amazing! She takes her time and gets it right. She has lots of advice to offer on how to do it yourself at home once you leave. Great rates too!

I love the person who cuts my hair at French Twist, however the other people who work there have horrible customer service skills! Unless my hairdresser is up front they do not even acknowledge that you have walked in the doorway. Angela Perez is amazing and the only reason I even subject myself to this place.

French Twist is awesome !!!I definitely recommend Cindy for color.I had to do a color correction and then do my blonde highlight color weave. My hair was so red orange it came out a beautiful natural w icy chunks very 2019 ❤❤ and the customer service is amazing ❤❤❤

My hair stylist was Mary, she did exactly what I asked. Just a trim, no serious length off, cut straight with no layers. Its exactly what I asked for. Only thing I can complain about was the washing of my hair, it was very rough and water was splashed all over down my neck and face. Other than that, I would recommend if youre looking for a straight forward haircut and want to get exactly what you ask.

I have been here twice and each time its been great. The manger is awesome and she did a great job.

I went to Daralynn & she did amazing the first time on my color. However the second time I dont know what happened! She jacked my color up so bad & then tried to fix it 3times saying she was using a different product so my hair was ok... I left at 11pm through a back employee door, 6 hrs after my apt. Time! I had chemical burns on my scalp and my hair was literaly melted off and broke off! So this is my bad.... I went back thinking some ppl have bad days after all she did amazing the first time. I went yesterday & and asked her to darken my brown & keep my blonde a white ashy. Hell no! My hair is flipping black & blue from the toner and you can see where grow out was on my hair she didnt touch up! Then writes down a name of a product for me to fix it myself. Do not go to her.

Vanessa takes care of my whole family from simple cuts to a rainbow of colors. Stephen runs a great shop and has a gem in Vanessa.

Had a 2:00 appt. , Cindy was running 10 minutes behind, is what she said. The 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes,When she was finally done with her other clients, she didnt even acknowledge me, didnt apologize for keeping me waiting that long... This was very unprofessional, if she wasnt going to have time they shouldnt have made the appointment with her, I had also worked this appointment into my work schedule. Would not recommend..

Not happy with their service. Whenever i schedule an appt to get eyebrow waxing at a certain time, i have to sit and wait for 30 minutes past my set appt time. Last time I’ll be coming here.
