My experience with Francis went very well! She provided a consultation upon arrival, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, educated me on the device, solutions/products being used during the microneedling session, explained each step of the entire procedure, and the aftercare. Francis sent me home with an aftercare kit and; ensured I could reach her with any questions or concerns should they arise. Francis was very nice. Her guidelines were easy-to-follow. She was gentle with my skin, caring, detailed, professional, experienced and thorough. I highly recommend Lustre Med Spa!

Frances was great! She made sure to go over everything before hand and told me what I should expect of my skin over the next week after getting my “perfect derma peel.” Very clean room in a very cool salon! Highly recommend! Will be going back!
