I was in a lot of back/hip pain. I had seen my doctor, physical therapist, and chiropractor but nobody was able to give me relief. A friend recommended Jesse saying she had really helped him when he was having problems. To be honest I was very skeptical but felt I had to try anything that would get me out of pain. I visited Jesse and she immediately diagnosed my problem and applied cold to my troubled area. The next day I saw a reduction of inflammation and felt considerably better. I would highly recommend that anyone having pain issues visit Jesse. I think she is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and her practice should be a standard starting point for physicians treating patients with injuries.

I had a great visit with Jessie at Arctic Restore. I had never tried cryotherapy before, & was a little bit apprehensive. She explained everything clearly & simply, making me very comfortable & at ease. Turns out shes a scientist, so is incredibly knowledgeable about the technical side of what she does, but explains it in very understandable terms. Shes also very warm & caring. I was introduced to cryotherapy several years ago when I had frozen shoulder. It worked wonders at reducing inflammation back then. Jessie’s equipment is even more state of the art than what I was utilizing then and her attention to detail and knowledge of how to treat injuries goes way beyond the prior place I was going. I absolutely LOVE this cryo health spa! So far I have tried the infra-red sauna, cryo-facial, and hydra-facial. Every treatment has made my body and skin feel so good! Jessie is fantastic! If you are looking for the most knowledgable cryo expert in the area with the highest end devices, this is your place. On top of this the facilities are like a trip to a very nice spa. Highly recommend spending time in the Infrared sauna after your treatment to really make for a fantastic visit. I went to Arctic Restore to see how their infrared saunas measured up to the facility I had previously been going to. I was blown away from the jump, as the facility offers a clean calm environment promoting pure healing energy. In meeting the owner, Jessie, she offered me a tour of the spa first showing me the full body cryo therapy chambers and i could hear the passion in her voice when explaining how the machine helps heal/repair our cells. She’s like jeopardy smart. So I tried the full body cryo it was great not even cold as I had anticipated!Afterwards she gave me slippers and a robe to relax in the zero gravity chair while sipping purified water.Next up was the infrared sauna. (50 x better than my previous spa’s). Top of the line, with color therapy, a sleek comfortable design, clean, and the luxury of a television With Netflix!I lastly have (so far), have had the cryo facial, which is very rejuvenating. My skin visibly looks improved even after a single session.I think Jessie and her spa, located conveniently behind the Starbucks in Alamo, are magic. Something special about Arctic Restore n’ it makes me want more!

What a great experience! I had never been to a Cryo Health Spa and Jessie made me feel so welcome and at ease. There were so many great treatments that it was very hard to choose. Ultimately, I chose the infrared spa treatment and WOW, it was amazing! The sauna is top notch with a built in TV if you choose. After my session, I relaxed in the Zero Gravity chair while I continued cooling down and re-hydrating. I look forward to going back. What a treat!

I LOVE the cryofacial! It is amazing at making my face look glowing and to make my throat smooth and supple looking. Im not as brave as my husband to do the full body cryotherapy, but he loves it! The infrared sauna is such a relaxing experience, too.

Arctic Restore is a gorgeous spa in a fantastic location. When you enter the spa you immediately start to feel at ease. The space itself is gorgeous. They offer a wide variety of services for healing, restoration and rejuvenation. Jessie, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind cryotherapy. The infrared sauna is pure bliss.

Great for sports recovery and specific injuries. I went in for a whole body cryotherapy session, and after learning about the local treatment I decided to double up. I had a shoulder injury with maybe 40% range of motion, not able to lift my arm more than 15%. I left that day with the ability to lift my arm above my head. Amazing! The next day, I went in for just for local, and my shoulder felt 100%. There is a reason European hospital and facilities are using this as part of therapy. Jessie is incredibly knowledgeable and completely focused on improving your well-being. Highly recommend.

Arctic Restore has been the answer to my prayers. After the first cryotherapy session, I felt less pain and reduced joint swelling, and within 3 weeks of sauna sessions my psoriasis was reduced significantly. It was amazing! I started going to Arctic Restore for post surgery recovery. I go 1-2 times a week for the cryofacial. I have noticed a dramatic decrease in the swelling in my face, neck, and nose. Ive been going to Artic Restore for over a year now. I found the spa by accident while out for a run on the Iron Horse Trail. Cryotherapy and infared saunas have been fantastic active recovery tools for my running adventures. Jessie is amazing and very thoughtful in her taking care of her guests. My experiences at Arctic Restore have been fantastic. Ive used the localized cryo treatment (twice) on an arthritic thumb back in November 2018 and its still feeling great! I was able to avoid a cortisone shot because my thumbs feel so good since the treatment. However, most impressive has been the results I received for plantar fascitis....no pain! I could barely walk went I hobbled into Arctic Restore and after 3 treatments within a few days of one another, Ive been pain free for.months! No need to tolerate aches and pains from sports or everyday activities, book an appointment (or a few) and youll only wish youd done it sooner.
