They like to let you something is wrong with your unborn child when nothing is and send you to the hospital to get unnecessary ultrasounds. And I’d like to also change your doctor at the last minute when you have a month left till your due date.. sending you to see someone else and at a different location.

I love the midwives at this location! I went here for my first pregnancy in 2018 and primarily saw Molly Kersteter for my care. She was amazing and took such great care of me, taking all of my questions and concerns to heart! Bobbi Claypool was my midwife on the day my daughter was born and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was so calm and collected and I knew everything was going to go smoothly with my delivery having her! She stayed with me for all 14 hours that I was in labor and delivering. I am now pregnant with my second baby and I am thrilled to have Bobbi caring for me again! She also remembered me from 2018 which was very touching and made me feel special! Highly recommend going with the midwife team over the gynecologists. I’ve seen the gynecologists before and never had a bad experience but the midwives are so much more personable and spend more time with you.

What a terrible experience... please make your appointements in other locations.They first completely screw up my appointment and call last minute trying to convience me to do a phone app vs in person, after I explained why needed to be in person they moved me earlier on the day ...when I arrieved, they did not had me changed and the receptionist was rude and not friendly, she then expressed my husband was not able to come in, I explained her my english was not good enough to go by myself, and then she sarcastically mocked me and said: you are speaking pretty good engligh right nowYes lady regular english is different than medical terms english were I need to be 100% I understamd and the doctor understands me...What a disgrace of service, staff and attention... save your time and find a different location

Only having virtual prenatal appointments but yet in my chart when I go my virtual appointment they arent processing E visits or virtual appointments.They also are horrible at call backs and rescheduling. If you want prenatal care I would recommend trying Akron general.
