The Dr prescribed me the incorrect medication that was double the price and didn’t order all the supplies needed for my medication which delayed me being able to start it. I showed up for my next appointment and it was somehow cancelled and blamed on me multiple times by the woman at the front desk. So I didn’t get to see a Dr. or get an ultrasound that week when I’m supposed to get one weekly. These are the only two encounters I’ve had so far and both make me not very confident in the care me and my unborn baby are receiving. Unfortunately there’s no other locations or I absolutely would not be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR BABY. They overcharged us $2,000 for an ultrasound and will not return any calls. They admitted to the error on the phone but keep ping ponging us around. We call every single day. When youre expecting a baby the last thing you need is additional stress of a financial burden. We will now go elsewhere for the delivery because i have no confidence in the billing and we definitely wont have time to chase for corrections once the baby comes. Everyone we speak to trys to pass the buck and acts like its a difficult process to correct the error. They were real quick to get it in the system but for some reason its like building the pyramids to correct it. Save yourself the time and aggravation. They dont care about people, go somewhere else. UPDATE 2/2/2021 - still no resolution. Patient Services is an unmonitored voicemail box which is the generic response provided to any negative review. Weve spoken to several additional individuals who continue to give conflicting information and send us to more different people to chase that turn into dead ends. A simple google search shows the average price of an ultrasound but they cannot explain why theyre charging us $2k or why they coded it in a way that wont allow for insurance coverage which is normally covered under almost all plans and a confirmed covered service by my network. This place is a joke and they have no clue what theyre charging for, its like theyre picking numbers out of a hat. We havent gone back since and wont be having the delivery there. Were doing everything we can to fight back and next step is to file a complaint with the Ohio Board of Health. Hopefully we get traction from this next option.

If you can go somewhere else for your anatomy scan, definitely do so. Maternal Fetal Medicine tried to cancel my appointment the afternoon before we were scheduled to go in (after both my husband and Id scheduled leave time from work). After arguing with them for some time they agreed to reschedule the same day at a different time, but implied that it was a huge inconvenience for them. They could not get the images they needed during my first appointment and asked me to schedule a second one. I had no problem doing that. I scheduled my second appointment and a week later they tried to cancel that one too. I wasnt able to talk my way out of that one. I had to reschedule and my husband and I had to reschedule our leave from work. THEN we received a large bill for the first appointment. I called to see if I would receive the same bill for the second appointment that THEY requested. They said yes because I wasnt seen within in two weeks of my first appointment. They never mentioned that tidbit when I scheduled the appointment (either time) nor did they take ANY responsibility for being the reason it was rescheduled in the first place. The entire experience was bad. Go somewhere else. Theyre not the only hospital system with an ultrasound machine.
