This office is absolutely fantastic and so is everyone in it. I never waited more than 5-10 min for my appointment (understandable!) and the flexibility to go to other offices really helped based on my work schedule. I felt very confident in the care I was given by the physicians and the NP was great with all of my questions and concerns for the first few months of my visits. My husband and I were very happy with this office and the hospital as well. Would return, no doubt.

LOVELY STAFF! I cannot thank them enough for making sure I was okay and well enough to go home after an IUD insertion. They continuously checked on me giving me juice and cookies to help calm my dizziness. One even fanned me! I will never go to any other place. So lucky I was referred to these wonderful caring people.

Jaclyn the ultrasound tech is one of the greatest employees I have ever interacted with in a doctors office setting. She is kind, efficient, loves her job, and made my wife and Is experience one to remember. I would consider getting my wife pregnant again just to be able to have her do more ultrasounds! Kidding, but sincerely, she is a wonderful employee and you should be proud shes on your team!

Great staff and I love my doctor!

I gave them another chance after being away 2 years . Every time I came in for an appointment they would tell me I had to reschedule because the doctor wasnt there that day and she was at a different office or because I was scheduled for two different things one at one location one at a different location within the same time. Definitely a waste of time. I came in to my appointment 8 min late. The receptionist was on the phone and doing paperwork and by the time she called me up it was about 20 minutes later and told me that I was 20 minutes late. Mind you Im sitting there with my 3 little ones all under 2 . The receptionist then tells me that I could still be seen but Ill have to wait another hour and a half. Like are you kidding me. Not children friendly. This was at the East Turkeyfoot Lake Road location just as a heads up to people. They dont know how to schedule anything I recommend looking for somewhere more professional and children friendly. I do not recommend anybody!!

I hate this office. Hate. I waited an hour and a half for my last appointment and an hour for the one before. Literally. No exaggeration. I have a fibroid in my uterus that obstructed my placenta during my first pregnancy (risk to babys nutrients and risk of hemmhorage to me). They found the tumor behind my placenta again this pregnancy during an outpatient ultrasound... Im four months pregnant and this office STILL hasnt bothered to even look at it! Even after I called and told them it was found during a hospital ultrasound!! So im trying to transfer to another office but they wont let me go until this doctor approves a transfer of care, which he wont write without a face-to-face appointment. So now I have to schedule another appointment with an hour long wait just to leave an office I hate!! I would not recommend third office to anyone!

The staff and ultrasound techs are wonderful here. However, Doctors lack basic communication skills and constantly misunderstand you and instead of clarifying what you mean they assume and get hostile with you. Cleveland clinic is garbage go to a private practice and save you and your unborn child the pain of dealing with the stress and being verbally humiliated.

Dr Lewis has been my doctor since my first pregnancy 5 years ago. I decided to return to her practice when I got pregnant with my second child since I had a good experience with her the first time. Keep in mind I live about 40 minutes away but came here because I was expecting the same care I had with my first child. This time around I was extremely disappointed... the whole time I was pregnant I was only able to see dr Lewis a couple of times bc of over scheduling. When it came time for me to have my baby, I drove up to Akron and they sent me home from the hospital 3 times even though I was having insane contractions less than five minutes apart . They said I was “dilated but not making fast enough progress” ... they only monitored me for 30 mins at a time...I insisted that they keep me because with my first pregnancy I dilated slowly and then all at once. The last time they sent me home I had been in hard labor for 30 hours ...I wasnt even able to walk out of the hospital my husband had to carry me. I ended up going home and sitting in the tub and had my mom take me to their practice in green because I could tell the baby was coming out and the hospital kept refusing me. When I got there the doctor that was working checked me and baby was coming out...I had to be rushed to the hospital via ambulance. Baby ended up coming out with meconium in the amniotic fluid bc he was in distress..which is fatal if a baby inhales ..thank god my baby was ok. I needed to be monitored because of my extended labor and no one even cared to monitor me just told me to go home and TAKE TYLENOL. Fast forward 6 months later and I was having uterine pain. Made an appointment. ..Was on my way from my house 40 minutes away and it was raining very hard. I called and told the lady at the front desk that I was going to be about 10-15 late bc of the weather. She said that would be ok as long as I was there within 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I showed up there 12 minutes after my appointment time and no one was at the front desk. I saw a lady look straight at me and walk out. I waited for 20 minutes then Told a lady from the back of the office I had been waiting and they told me to reschedule and the doctor wouldn’t see me because the front desk lady “waited for me and left”. I have two kids and live a decent drive away. I was told to be there within the 15 minutes why wasn’t I seen? I left there very upset. I’m so incredibly disappointed in my experience here. I will not be back.

Recently became pregnant and the drs here were so nice and helpful.

So disappointed in this place, had to see nurse practioner, she was rude and very rough, has not dine a thing to help me, ive been in terrible pain from an infection for the last 4 days and they cant even be bothered to return my call, i would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy, no one should have to suffer like this👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
