They called from a 800 number. I dont answer those!!!! You might get some survey or poll person. I really dont need to talk to them. So called office back!!!! Was suppose to save my place in line for calls. Guess what 2 1/2 hours later no call. Guess it was time to go home. So what ever results they have for me will have to wait till I get off work at 3pm tomorrow. Hope they can take my call then!!!!!!!!!!!

So I was in desperate need of a new primary care physician & tryn to find one close to my home , didnt happen so I wanted to stay in the Summa Health medical providers Had to drive little out my way for a new provider & oh so glad I did This facility is very welcoming of me since I first walk into the doors . Girl at the desk very friendly & help me in great way . Then I go into room with the nurse (Megan) she was great took the time with me & answered my questions fully went over medications Ect I met my new Dr Machado I must say Im so glad I went out the way to come here because I found a wonderful,,understanding, listen to my issues didnt once rush to get me out of there Im so thankful for the opportunity to now be his patience of this wonderfully medical facility. Again thanks to all you great people at Summa health medical fairlawn office!!
