It’s been two days of me trying to get my prescription switched to the correct pharmacy. The hold times on the phone are so long that it’s ridiculous. I’ll never be a patient here again way too time consuming they move so slow .

Worst office ever !! Very unprofessional in every way possible.. 1 hour & 45 minute wait with only 2 ppl in the waiting room.. the staff is very rude for no reason.. just an overall bad experience, I’ll never return.

My first appointment and I wasnt no more than 13 minutes late and wasnt a soul in the lobby and they didnt even take me in. So I told them Im not coming back here. never at any summa location have I ever been turned me down for being under 15 minutes late. The staff in the front is unwilling to help you so dont even bother.
