Dr. Lanzinger is very thorough in his analysis of symptons. He has a relaxed and calming bedside manner. I received a painless cortisone injection.

Dr. Lanzinger is the best hand surgeon at Cleveland Clinic. I had a two hour bone graft in my wrist, and the attention to detail and thorough explanation of the good and bad really made me feel at ease and made him credible. I wish he could be my family doc, but he only does arm-to-hand..... thanks Doc!

I am extremely unimpressed with Dr. Lanzinger and quite frankly very disappointed. He waltzed into the room and made me feel as though I was a complete waste of his time, he completely dismissed my concerns about my hand issue. I am not new to this problem with my hands (it started back in the late 80s) and had to have surgery in the past unfortunately for me my previous surgeon is now retired, so with the recommendation of a friend, I came to him for his expertise and his help and was greeted with arrogance and disrespect. He didnt even spend a full 5 minutes with me. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. Although if you want an arrogant, money driven doctor this is who to see.

Dr. Lanzinger has performed three separate surgeries on my hand with excellent results. I have found him to be competent and caring. I would recommend him to anyone needing hand surgery.

Dr. Lanzinger did an excellent job on finger surgery. It was my first surgery and he was super patient and explained everything to me several times. He made sure I had follow ups scheduled and took care of me each step of the process.

Dr Lanzinger has done two different surgeries on my hand and he has been wonderful to work with and my hands are great. I appreciated his attention to my conditions and worked very quickly to schedule my surgeries. Would definitley recommend.

I left after being in the lobby 1 hr, then put into a room for 10 mn before a med asst came in and another 10 mn to hear I had to have recent films. I left after I fired him for such disrespect for my time. He would have billed the full amount for my loss of 90 mns of my life AND 3 HOURS OF SICK TIME??? Is my time less valuable than those who come in the morning? Why should I be punished for others who are a nc/ns. None of my other doctors in PPG keep me waiting more than 15 MNS!Im FIRING HIM! Nice doctor, but if the law of dimishing returns takes hold, hell stop loosing patients for his terrible time management! My $$$ spend anywhere in Wooster, Medina, Fairlawn and Cleveland. Wont tolerate abuse of my time!!!
