I have been going to Dr. Mooney for 30+ years. He has always been nice in explaining things I may not understand. Have recommended people to him for many years!

Good office staff. Took my elderly mother to have her hearing checked. Called back for appointment on time . DR. Mooney explained all procedures and took time to answer all questions.

Did not inform me that that what he was doing was not included in my office visit. Staff was rude, his explanations were unclear, and now Im stuck with an unexpected bill because he couldnt be bothered to take two seconds to say hey, this is gonna be extra, you sure you wanna go ahead? Before sticking a camera up my nose. Go to Dr. Mark Brigham in Wadsworth instead, I regret that I didnt. Dont give this guy your money.

Wait times at Akron Ent are terrible. I have waited over an hour both times for Dr Mooney. And its not even like he seems to spend a good amount of time with you. My husband also comes to see Dr mooney and waits a very long time normally. The only positive is that we love Dr Carpenter.

Unfriendly. Acted like he did not want to be there, didnt even say hello after I said hello to him when he walked in the room.. DID NOT inform me he was performing a procedure that was outside the scope of a standard doctor visit. The proceedute cost an additional $300.00 out of pocket. The exam room was dirty, visible dust and dirt on the floors, windows, cabinets. I will never go back to Akron ENT associates or Dr Mooney.
