Today I had my teeth cleaned. Thoroughly and carefully done... 5stars. However I must also mention that any time Ive had dental work done I feel it was done knowledgeably and completely done with the latest dental practices. 5 Stars for the entire staff!!!

The staff and Dr. Eberhardt are everything I expected from a first class Dentist office! From my procedure to hospitality they are highly skilled and professional, I couldn’t have asked for better services!!

I called today and told them I was looking for a new dentist and wanted to get in as soon as possible, but Im not an emergency. They were able to get me in at 330. They sent me a link where I could fill out my new patient info without coming in early. I was taken back almost immediately, given a water and they have a new patient interview we got started with. The rest of the appointment went very well and Dr Eberhardt made sure I was able to view any areas of concern and why he wanted to address them. All of the staff is friendly and its certainly a clean environment. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

The dentist (Dr. Ojaimi) and all of the staff at Eberhardt are phenomenal. Not only do they do their jobs very well, but they really take the time to listen to you and care about your individual needs. This seems like logical, but in fact you won’t find this kind of excellence in care at most Dental offices. I’ve seen several dentists in my lifetime and they are hands down the very best. They don’t cut corners in care using state of the art technology, they are not rude or dismissive, they actually do care. It’s literally worth more than gold to be cared for like they do at Eberhardt. I can’t say enough. I’ve had some very bad experiences in the past. And they put me at total ease. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with the level of consideration and careful attention to detail. Both the hygienist and doctor were exceptionally kind and friendly. They both took a lot of time to explain what was going on with my dental health. The entire place was clean, and I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. There’s an air of youth and new technology. Definitely not your old scary tooth puller. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Wonderful experience-nothing left to question. Takes x-rays, gives thorough explanations, even takes pictures of the problem areas and shows you what is wrong so you actually understand where the problem areas are and why.

I first came to Eberhardt Dentistry after Googling gentle dentists in northeast Ohio and seeing their great reviews. I used to have pretty bad dental anxiety.. I was shaking when I emailed them to schedule my first appointment.Kyle, Julie, Dawn, and all of the other staff Ive encountered thus far have been incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful in getting me back on track with my dental health. Ive never had such painless cleanings and fillings done and they explain everything theyre doing as they work without any shaming. The dental anxiety I had feels so silly now; I wasnt nervous at all before my last two appointments here and I will definitely recommend Eberhardt to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Best dentist ever!I broke a tooth and needed a crown. I got to Dr. Eberhardts office at 10:30 AM and was finished by 12:30! No pain; it felt like the original tooth!He used a fancy camera system that made a 3-D image of the tooth, then a computerized mill turned a cube of ceramic into my crown. It was checked for a proper fit, fired in a kiln, and installed. Perfect in every way! The process is called CEREC and the cost, ($1308), is about the same as a normal crown that would have taken weeks. I couldnt have been more impressed with the process and Dr. Eberhardt appeared to be at the top of his game. I cant recall a better dental experience in my life!

Ok. Wow. This is a review of my experience with Dr. Marina Ojaimi. The first word that comes to mind is competence.I recently moved to Akron and theres nothing worse than having to start over with finding medical professionals in a new city. I loved my dentist in NOLA - it was a long process to finally find someone I trusted.I went to Dr. Ojaimi for my first procedure with her (EXTRACTION!). She informed me of what I might expect to hear and feel before each step of the process. I felt prepared. Her calm and confident demeanor immediately put me at ease.Dr. Ojaimis delivery of the numbing injections...nearly zero pain - how is that possible in the soft palate? The next thing I knew, she was telling me the tooth is out. This extraction was easier than any filling Ive ever had before, and Ive had many.The whole process was a pleasurable experience. Did I just say that? Who says going to the dentist for a tooth extraction is pleasurable?The staff are also competent, organized, warm and friendly. The atmosphere in the office is spa-like. So, yes, another five-star review.

Going to the dentist doesn’t quite feel like going to the dentist at Eberhardt Dentistry. An always welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere await you here. As little pain as you can ask for and I can’t really say I have felt a shot yet. They’ve done well on all of my work and have never pushed me to get unnecessary work done. I have a very painful tooth that came on suddenly two nights ago so when the pain didn’t go away after two days so I called Eberhardt Dentistry before the workday ended. They got me in at 11am the next morning. After I took a few Tylenols, the pain subsided enuf for me to get a non-interrupted night’s sleep!After arriving and following the Covid Virus procedures and getting seated in one of the patient treatment rooms, I explained what was going on with my pain issue. After an X-ray and some possible causes of the pain I was experiencing, Dr. Eberhardt explained that there are multiple possible causes. A 360 degree X-ray showed a possible abscess. After a few more tests, he determined that the tooth causing the abscess was likely dead and that he would refer me to a root canal specialist who performed a root canal on me a few years ago. Hopefully they have an opening in their busy schedules. Dr. Eberhardt and an associate then did a procedure to temporarily relieve some of the pain and he wrote me an antibiotic prescription to help calm the abscess. Thanks for getting me in ASAP and diagnosing the location of the pain.

I am so happy with this dental practice! I feel good about my teeth and mouth every time I keave their office. The staff is kind and and helpful. I was recommended to Dr. Eberhardt after having several bad experiences at another practice. Patty, at the front desk, was so pleasant with me and got me in quickly. Dr. Eberhardt was warm and welcoming and was able to fix my issue that day! They dont try to sell me electric tooth brushes, DNA enzyme tests and $20 tubes of toothpaste. Recently, Dr. Eberhardt was able to adjust my existing night guard instead of making me a new one, saving me $500! They are accepting new patients and I recommend Dr. Eberhardt.

The Eberhardt office seems to have a very functional yet convenient protocol to protect patients and staff from possible COVID-19 exposure. I felt safe and at-ease in the office for my cleaning. As usual, the staff was very kind and professional. When asked by friends new to the Akron area, I always recommend this office!

I cant speak highly enough about the care Ive gotten from Dr. Eberhardt and the whole staff there. I lived in Chicago for 16 years and it took me forever to find a dentist I loved. When I moved back home I was worried Id never find someone to replace them.Somehow Dr. Eberhardt is better than my favorite dentist back in Chicago. Ive been with him for 4 years now and WILL NOT LEAVE. The entire experience from the scheduling and follow up to the moment I leave is great.Im also a huge fan of Dr. Kyle staying at the front of an ever evolving industry and staying on top of the very latest in education and technology. Its nice never having to worry if Im getting the most up to date and latest care out there.At the end of the day though...I just feel cared for. And that is really all you can ask for right?I cant recommend Eberhardt enough. Period.

I felt the need for a check-up as well as a cleaning. They got me right in the next day with an early appointment. I discovered I needed a gum tissue graft fairly badly from brushing my teeth to hard. They referred me to the right Doctor to fullfill this need. My teeth look and feel a lot better. I enjoy seeing the same hygenist over and over as well as seeing Dr. Kyle Eberhardt on every occasion of being to their office. In my opinion they are the best of the best and not for shallow reasons. They are professionals as well as longtime friends now. Ive been with them since they took the practice over from Dr. Helmkamp. I have to say I live my Dentist.

Dr. Kyle is very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. I recently had two fillings done, and it was the least painful of my filling experiences to date. The staff is also wonderful. The front desk staff is excellent with communication, without being pushy. The hygienist staff are gentle with their work and very friendly. Finally, this office seems exceptionally community focused. Not only do they offer a form of dental insurance for those that do not have their own, but they even sponsored an Angle tree for the holidays with the promise to credit the dental account for each gift donated. I would recommend this office to anyone!
