I am a new customer, I live local. I just changed insurance and I was going to dental works but honestly I wanted a private practice and somewhere closer! I called this place first and they got me in same day!!!! Turns out I had to get a crown and she fit me into her busy day. I cant even begin to explain how much that means when a dr office makes you feel valuable and is helpful. Dentists are my idea of fun but everyone here is so friendly and nice. They ate so accommodating! Dont pass this place up

I have been a patient of Dr. Pung for over 15 years. She and her staff are the best around. I have referred many of my friends and family to her and I have never heard a complaint. All positive remarks. Shes a great dentist and her personality is the best.

Dr. Pung is the sweetest dentist I have ever known. The staff here are very polite and helpful. Everyone is cheerful.the staff seem to know their business well and I have had some color matching with my teeth and it was dead on the money as far as a matching. I have had several procedures done here and have never experienced pain or discomfort. Prices seem reasonable and I will be back for years to come.

I have been going to Dr Pung since I moved back to Ohio in 2008. She is gentle and a very caring dentist. I had a Butcher growing up as a dentist and always hated to go. She is one of a kind Dentist and would recommend her hands down. You will be glad to say she is your Dentist.

I just had my first dental cleaning here and it was a very positive experience! Im so pleased with the environment, attitudes of the staff, and patient care recieved! I was educated on everything the hygienist/dentist looks for in my xrays, how to prevent cavities and how to effectively floss and brush my teeth. The education was personalized to my teeth as well. My hygienist gave me a mirror and showed me exactly what she looks for, what I sould do and why. They really care about you and actually want you to stay healthy. Theyre not only there to do their job, they go above and beyond to provide excellent, thorough care. Im recommending them to everyone I care about!

The staff is ALWAYS so friendly! They work well with your schedule, make you feel comfortable and well taken care of, too! I’ve never once felt like they were trying to just get money from me (doing unnecessary work) or have ever felt rushed. They always take their time with you and talk to you like you’re a friend. Definitely check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I recently moved to the Ellet and was looking to find a dentist in the area. My mom goes to Dr Pung. I was having a problem with a tooth and called the office. Gina at the front desk was great and got me in the next morning. (I had expected to wait a week or more to get in!). I saw Dr Lam - all I can say is he is wonderful. I ended up requiring a root canal and a crown. He was able to do both during one visit! It was painless and now I can eat and smile again without pain! I met Dr Pung too - she is so warm and genuine. I highly recommend this dental office!

This is the best dentist Ive ever been to. Everyone was so nice and funny and made me feel better about being there since I have anxiety. Completely gentle! Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I had a 3 hour session and they made sure that I was comfortable at all times and was constantly making sure I was comfortable.

Everyone there is so pleasant! The receptionist helped me because I was having trouble with my dental/ health insurance and they were giving me the run around on all info. She called for me and asked all the goth questions! They’re all so amazing!

I saw Dr. Dennis today. I had to have two crowns done. They knew I was extremely nervous so they helped me out before my actual appointment. I was literally worried for nothing everything was great! Not one complication not one bit of horrible pain. If you need a crown done I highly recommend. Happy!

I was super nervous about going to the dentist, but all my worries diminished the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with kind smiles. The dental assistant I had was super nice and funny which definitely made my trip to the dentist a much more pleasant experience than I have experienced in the passed. Dr. Pung is also super sweet and down to earth, she asked me about my studies and was genuinely interested and excited to hear about them. This has once again been my most pleasant experience with any dentist I’ve had and will continue to come back!

Had a tooth extraction today from Dr. Pung and I seriously will not let anyone get near me or my mouth but Dr. Pung. She gave me a stern but sweet talking to about preventative care and she was absolutely right and very patient with my stubborn self. Plus shes adorable. I absolutely love her and the staff. If you dont have a dentist you should call them. They go above and beyond. The atmosphere there feels like youre going to visit a friend or family member. I have to give this Dentist 5 stars, she truly has the biggest heart!! Not only does she care about your dental health, but she also cares about restoring your smile as natural as possible, the people she has cleaning your teeth are the most gentle soles, I have never left a dentist office after a cleaning not in pain until I started going to Dr. Pung. The office manager Gina goes above & beyond!! She doesnt take no for an answer, if she cant get it taken care of no one can. I have the highest regard for Dr. Pung & all the staff, all the medical stuff can be thought, however empathy is very rare these days, I only wish they were available when my boys were young. Many years ago I broke a tooth and was told that I had no other option but to have an implant. I wanted a second opinion so I contacted Dr. Pung. She is highly regarded by many of my acquaintances and I know her family. Needless to say, she guided me through all the steps I needed to have my crown replaced. I was lucky not to need an implant after all!!Dr. Pung is a genuine, caring person... I always find myself laughing long after I leave her office. Although I love going to the dentist to have cleanings (I really do!) Dr. Pung is a calming presence for people who are less enthusiastic than I am. Her confidence and positive attitude also carry over to her staff -her laugh is contagious. I always recommend her to my friends!I trust Dr. Pung and am thankful that I found her!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Pung for awhile now, and couldnt be more pleased. I have dental anxiety and she is the first dentist Ive been to that I dont stress about going back to and Ive tried MANY! Probably the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. Every time I go for an appointment, I’m treated amazingly by the entire staff. It’s genuinely fun to talk to any one of the staff members, even with utensils in your mouth. So glad my family and I found this office.

Dr Pung has been my dentist for over 10 years. She has truly improved the health of my teeth as well as my smile. She discovers problems before they become big and hard to treat. I am a little baby in the dentist chair but Kieo and her staff are so gentle I never fear going in for a visit.

I had a great first experience with Dr. Pung and her staff. When scheduling my appointment, the gentleman answering the phone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of insurance and the business. He even called back a few weeks later to offer me a sooner appointment if I wanted. On the day of my appointment, i went for xrays and a cleaning. The staff took me back in a timely manner, my hygienist was friendly, informative and very professional. I felt everything she told me along with Dr. Pung was truthful and reasonable. The facility was clean and calm.

Dr. Dennis Lam was charged with extracting my wisdom teeth today. I was a nervous wreck but Dr Lam assured me that I would not be feeling any sharp pain, and he followed through with his promise. He was compassionate, gentle and caring. As long as I am seeing Dr. Lam my fears of the dentist will be gone. GREAT DOCTOR.

First visit to a dentist in a long long time today. I brush my teeth once a day and floss once in a blue moon. Chewed tobacco for almost 20 years and quit 3 years ago. When I told Dr. Pung she congratulated me for quitting! I could tell she was sincere and genuinely excited. Needless to say my mouth is a wreck and I need a lot of work. I was nervous and a little embarrassed, but Jason and Dr. Pung were very informative and kind. They didn’t judge or lecture. Gina and Patrick were also very kind and helpful. I will recommend this team to anyone.

So I had four fillings done today with their new dentist on staff - and it was a great experience. My mouth is always a challenge and they worked quickly and efficiently. The staff is always polite and they are top notch in their services and offerings. The dentist seemed to take time with his work which always is appreciated. After the numbing wore off, no pain or weird edges to report. I would reccommend them -and already have to others.

I was seen by Dr. Lam last Wednesday to have a crown put on. Normally I do not numb well. He did an excellent job and I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this office.

Her staff is attentive and listens to you when you call with a problem, and that itself is exceptional to me these days. I have been a patient of this office for around five years and I wish I had know them my entire life! When I first started here I had a lot of anxiety about coming to the dentist but that quickly washed away. Dr Pung has been our dentist for about 20 years. Very professional, polite staff, everyone. Weve had x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns and root canals done. I always respect Dr Pung & her associate Dr Lam for my dental health. Highly recommend them...very honest and especially like that they can custom make your Crown in their office (not outsourced somewhere else), thereby saving you another return office visit.😊

Dr.Pung is great. She offered some cosmetic things for my teeth which i didn’t know was possible. I had savanna for my hygienist and wow she was awesome. Super friendly and talkative. Reassured me and just did a great job. The Dr, hygienist and the reciptionist all remembered that last time they saw me a year ago i was pregnant. The all remembered and were asking me about the baby. Made me feel great knowing they remembered me. ( mind you that was the first time they met me)
