Top notch all the way. First I walked in with a plan and walked out with options and a changed plan. I was given advice in a way I could relate to, if you were my brother I would tell you to do this. Billing is well taken care of them dealing with your insurer. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I Couldnt be happier I found this place.

I was referred to go here by my boyfriend. He said the staff was nice and that they really listen. I hate the dentist and always cry when I get my teeth cleaned and today was the first time in a few years I didnt cry. The staff was super friendly, my hygienist Stacy was wonderful and Dr. DiPiero really made me feel comfortable and was very personable. This office knows what theyre doing and the effort shows. They seem to want the best for the patients- providing all the right education and information regarding next steps. I am so happy I found this office and I cant say Im excited to go back but I can say I am relieved I am going back to them.

I usally dont spend the time to write reviews, but I couldnt resist after visiting DiPiero Family Dental. For the purposes of brevity, I just wanted to say that Dr. DiPiero is the nicest dentist I have ever met. She spent a lot of time with me explaining what my x-rays showed and what my options were for treatment. Even her office staff was talkative, polite and filled with positive energy. I have finally found a dentist & office that I actually really, really like. They even called me a few days later to check up on me after I had some work done to make sure I wasnt in any pain. The rest of the staff that I met today were welcoming and professional as well. The dental practice at 1376 N. Portage Path in Akron Ohio has always been a top notch practice. When Dr. DiPiero took over last year I was pleased to see immediately that my family was in good hands. Dr. DiPiero has brought her expertise and compassion to this office and has put her stamp on a very comfortable and anxiety free operation.I recently had a crown put in and was in awe that it was all accomplished in (1) trip to her office. The crown was manufactured in office and installed without a second or third appointment. Rachel, Connie, Kathy and all the staff are some of the friendliest people I know. I feel that I could be friends with them outside the practice, probably because they laugh at my jokes. :) Good, decent people with their top priority being you.

A couple of months ago, one of my teeth became sensitive. So I did some Internet research and found DiPiero Family Dental. On my first visit, they checked all my teeth and found a couple of cavities. They made a plan for me. They thoroughly cleaned my teeth and then filled the cavities through a few more appointments. Dr. DiPiero and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are doing a great job! I am glad that I have found DiPiero Family Dental for me and my family.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Ive had awful dental experiences in the past and avoided the dentist at all costs. Since Im getting married in two weeks, I decided it was time to go back and at least get a cleaning... they were able to get me a same-day appointment and found that I had multiple cavities, tartar build up, you name it! Normally I would feel super self conscious about this, but Diane, one of the dental hygienists, was amazing from start to finish. She explained why dental health is so important, showed me the correct way to floss/brush, and took extra care of my mouth since my gums were so sensitive. Dr. DiPiero was amazing! She took the time to get to know me and walked me through my X-rays, explaining how she planned to tackle my cavities and what I could expect. The entire staff at DiPiero Family Dental made me feel comfortable and actually excited to be at the dentist!

Id like say that Dr. DiPiero and her staff are amazing! We recently had an insurance change and I was so worried that we wouldnt be able to continue with them, but we can! My previous review was quite complimentary. This was before I noticed some things that made me quite uncomfortable. Did not care for the Dr drilling my tooth and stopping to have someone else take over to fill it, I don’t care how skilled this person is...she is not the dentist. I’m paying the dentist to do this delicate procedure, not someone else. Another time..My complaints were met by... we don’t see anything, maybe your mouth is changing because of your age, everything and anything accept saying that maybe just maybe something was their fault, making it seem like it was my fault that I was in pain. Complained for nearly a year regarding my tooth pain and was told I was grinding my teeth at night. Finally came to my senses and made an appt with another dentist. 1st visit w/new dentist .....found out I needed a root canal. This was totally unnecessary what I went through. I managed to give 1 star because I cannot neglect Diane Holland as being the best hygienist and the main reason I had stayed there that long. I have always taken care of my teeth. This is a priority with me and to find out this was going on this long truly upsets me, not to mention the extra bills.

Before coming to Dr. DiPiero, I used to absolutely despise going to the dentist. I went several years in between visits. Unfortunately, this caused a lot of damage to my teeth due to neglect. I have to visit a lot to have work done, but I love coming in. I never fear or dread the visits. The first thing I noticed when I started coming to this office was how friendly everyone was. Second thing was that everything was on time. The most Ive ever had to wait to be brought back was 5 minutes. Other dental offices Ive visited, the wait was anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Dr. DiPieros office is extremely professional in all aspects. Ive already told several friends to come to this office, and will continue to refer people here. Two thumbs up!

I have visited DiPiero Family Dental 3 times in the past few months. First was an initial examination and cleaning, followed by a virtually pain free root canal, and, finally, to get a crown on that same tooth. Dr. DiPieros staff has been nothing short of outstanding, each one I have dealt with being both exceptionally personable and remarkably professional. Ive been seeing Dr. DiPiero for almost 10 years now. Ive followed her from 4 different offices and am so glad she has her own practice now because she 💯% deserves it. Shes amazing! Shes super sweet, personable and knows how to fix all the problems with my mouth (haha). My teenage son also likes going to DiPiero Family Dental because the entire staff is wonderful and always does a fabulous job. I love going in for cleanings because my teeth feel so squeaky clean! Also, I dont know what they did to my sons teeth but they somehow went from plaque covered to where you could actually see them. They must have broken out the big guns for those 😂😂

I visited dentist office almost after 5 years upon my husbands recommendation. Must say I had a great experience. I had filling fall out which needed to get repaired. Every team member I interacted was helpful and knowledgable. Hygenists are very experienced and expert in their job. My filling procedure was done to perfection. Dr DiPiero was very Professional and at the same time very caring. I recovered within a couple of hours. They explained everything very clearly before charging. DiPiero Family Dental has taken care of me and my wife since Dr. Mungo retired. Our experience has been nothing but positive and I would recommend them to anybody. Attention to detail as well concern for the patients comfort during the procedure are second to none.

I was a patient of Dr.Mungo’s for several years (since 2004) and Dr.Dipiero took over his practice once he retired. I was nervous because I loved him so much and was always so friendly. My dental hygienist was amazing but everyone else lacked customer service skills. I drove threw a snowstorm and I called to say I would be late because the roads were horrible! They wait until I get there to tell me that I would not be seen and I could wait around for Dr.Dipero and that I might be seen but no guarantee and that would be at least an hour. Why couldn’t I be told this after driving there for 1.5 hours?!!! Furious to say the least. I won’t even go into detail about my other encounter. I will NEVER be back.

If you value your teeth, please find another dentist.She was going to crown a tooth. My insurance changed, causing me to go to another dentist, 4 years ago. The new dentist said, Theres nothing wrong with that tooth. When my insurance improved, I returned to Dr. DiPiero.She was ready to drill another tooth when allergies made me feel uncomfortable to have my head lower than my body. I searched for a dentist who could work on me with my head raised. The 2nd new dentist said, Theres nothing wrong with that tooth. Three years later I have never had a cavity or any dental work other than cleanings. If you value your teeth, find a new dentist.
