Very nice staff. I never have to wait, I get called to the back immediately each visit. Very private, basically every time it’s just the hygienist and I. Dentist is very nice and personable asks about my well being and we catch up on our conversation from last visit. I don’t feel like a stranger. The BEST dentist and staff I’ve ever had!!

I just visited for the first time yesterday. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. The hygienist thoroughly explained everything she was doing. Dr. Lee took the time to explain everything to me and was so warm and down to earth!! I wish I had found Arlington Dental a long time ago! I highly recommend!

I can say Arlington dental has been one of if not the best dental practice ive been to.From the office staff behind the scenes, hygienist/assistant, and dentist theyve all been friendly helpful and informative.In the past Ive had trouble with sensitivity after cleanings. After have both sides being deep cleaned, I can say it was far less painful and no sensitivity after. Very pleasedI have and do recommend them to my family and friends.

If you’re deciding whether or not to come here. Absolutely do it! They get you scheduled fast! They check you in fast! Service is definitely fast! Overall super friendly and welcoming staff! They offer a lot of on site services too! If you’re looking to get your wisdom teeth pulled with local anesthetic they do it here so you don’t have to be sent off to another office.

I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist because I have had so many bad experiences. I posted on social media asking for referrals and many of my friends recommended Dr. Kyu Lee. Scheduling was easy and quick and I was made comfortable as soon as I entered by the entire staff. Seriously every single person in this office is so friendly! Dr. Kyu is really nice! He puts you at ease right away with friendly conversation and he really listens to your fears, concerns or questions. I have been in twice now. Once for a cleaning and x-rays, then yesterday I had 2 extractions done. I was so scared I was shaking but I was repeatedly reassured that I could stop at any time if I needed a break and told throughout the process exactly what was being done and what I should feel, etc. It was really comforting and helpful. Next up I have two fillings and then Im getting upper and lower partials. So Ill be making a lot of repeat visits and Im so glad I found this office!!!

Ive unfortunately had to have a lot of dental work done. Im no stranger to the dentist office. After having a crown break and my dentist being un able to get me in Arlington dental group was recommended by a family member. They got me and my daughter in for a cleaning all the staff was amazing in giving her reassurance and setting me up to have a tooth removed. The removal was so quick and painless I was kinda shocked ( in a good way) this is the only dentist for us from now on. Highly recommend

They are very informative, personal, and really make you feel at ease! I didnt feel judged for anything in my mouth just got information on how to make it better! Im so happy I found them!

This group is very nice & they truly care about you. I called when they first opened for the day & they got my husband in to be seen for an emergency not even 2 hours later. The first dentist I went to was on canton rd and it was the worst experience of my life I felt everything when they pulled my tooth out so when my other tooth started to hurt and I found this dentist office I went for a cleaning and to get my tooth looked at and it went great they made sure I was comfortable. Today I went and had my tooth pulled out and I didn’t feel anything! I was very amazed on how they did on my tooth I’ll definitely be sticking to this dentist!

I could not have asked for better ppl to care for me. Everyone was so kind and caring. The dentist even sang to me to help keep me calm. I would recommend Arlington Dental to everyone. As awful as it is to go to the dentist they did everything they could to help me and make me feel comfortable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I called Dr.Qs office yesterday after my husband broke a molar with a root canal off to the gums. The pins was tearing his tongue up. The secretary took upon herself to advise me they had no appointment for the remainder of the week. Dr. Q bought Dr. Nascas practice so this office is pretty new to our family. Dr. Nasca would have immediately advised him to come in to take a look. I explained that he was uncomfortable but the secretary insisted they could not sneeze him in without even speaking to Dr. Q or reviewing his chart. I immediately called Dr. Pung whom we have never seen before and her office squeezed him in at 7:00 A.M the next morning and my husband received top notch treatment. I have to say that Dr. Q is a very good dentist but his practice will be hurt by unqualified individuals denying care. I feel the secretary should have advised the dentist so he could have briefly looked at my husbands chart where he would have discovered that my husband has other very serious health issues on top of the broken tooth.

Yesterday, 7/9/2020, I had my appointment to have my 10 remaining teeth pulled, I went in at 11am, and Dr. Q did the numbing process, did all 10 extractions, removed infection from my jaw bone, inserted a stitch, and I was out front paying for everything at 11:41am!!! Dr. Q and his staff were amazing, especially with me being a nervous patient with a lot of anxiety!!! I couldn’t believe that he was so concerned in making sure that I felt no pain, and I didn’t!!! He even numbs the areas before doing the injections to numb the areas where the teeth were to be extracted!!! Dr. Q and his staff talk to you throughout the whole process, and it’s very obvious that patient care and comfort are their top priority!!! Thank you everyone at Arlington Dental for making this transition in my life a very pleasant experience!!!

When I first looked this group up I was sceptical because there was nothing but good reviews. When I came on now to write my review I looked through because I would have been upset to see anything negative! This office is literally 100% the best! 10 out of 10 anyday! The hygienist Kourtney is by far an amazing personality! She is joyful and very comforting and reassuring. The dentist is so personable and friendly. The receptionist is fast polite and diligent. I have now gone in for myself, a 5 year old who is very hyperactive. And my 14,12 year old. All appointments were very fast. Very professional and very fun! Ikr a fun dentist sounds crazy but its a great experience. I had 2 teeth pulled and a filling. Perfect numbing, felt nothing and it took a total of maybe 10 minutes to extract both. I was shaking literally after my shots due to very high anxiety and they sat with me and talked and just helped me through it so much. I could not be happier with their office. As a nurse who provides care and comfort to others for a living it is so refreshing to have a dentist and people who do the same for me and my sons. The above and beyond is very much appreciate you guys! Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love the staff! They are so kind, understanding, non judgmental, and easy to talk to! I got a prescription for toothpaste that has already significantly made life easier, and the appointments fit my busy schedule!I don’t usually write reviews, but as a 19 year old with dental anxiety I can definitely say I was impressed and had very minimal anxiety. I will be going back to this dental office as many times as I need dental care.

I was extremely scared of the dentist and put off getting my wisdom teeth extracted for a few years. They developed cavities and started causing me a lot of pain. I decided to try Arlington Dental Group after seeing that they accepted walk in appointments and I had the best experience I could have hoped for! I had a very short wait, and was only there a total of about an hour. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and polite. The dental assistant and dentist were very patient with me as I was super nervous and kept the environment very comfortable and easy going. I barely felt a thing throughout the 2 extractions. I also had an amazing recovery. After the numbness wore off, I experienced some slight soreness, and by the next day I didn’t even need meds. I will absolutely be returning here to receive all dental care I need in the future.

I havent been to the dentist for awhile because I have such bad dentist anxiety and hadnt found an office I was comfortable going to - until now. Everyone at this office is amazing and non-judgmental. My family has finally found a dentist we can all go to. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone!!

Today I called in because I was in some serious pain. I originally had an appointment on Monday but my mouth wasn’t having that. They were so kind to me on the phone and told me to get over there and they would work me in. I’ve never been one to like dentists, cause let’s be honest, who’s ever excited to go? But instantly walking in there I felt like they cared. Trying to make me laugh and whatnot. It was a great group of people and I couldn’t be happier that I chose here to go. Dr Rhodes is definitely my new go to guy when I need something done. And a big shout out to the assistant Heather! You guys were awesome. Thank you so much!!

Im sure this place is great for adults but maybe not the best place to bring a child. I took my son in to get his cavities examined on his baby teeth (he had two that were getting uncomfortable and needed checked out). The staff and nurse were very helpful and friendly. The office and exam room were outdated and not very clean, but I didnt mind so much. The exam chairs arent in separate rooms so there isnt any privacy. When he was x-rayed the protective apron was not placed on him. The tech was super nice and friendly to my son and was great with him but once the dentist came in, she wasnt very friendly like the rest of the staff. My son told me she was creepy and grouchy and when working with children that should not be the way you present yourself. She suggested a huge amount of work for my son that really concerned me. I was told he had major crowding from the x-rays of his grown up teeth coming in. Also several cavities besides the two i initially went in for. The dentist suggested 7 fillings, a tooth removal with a spacer and braces (when he still has baby teeth). Worried that I would scare my son and also worried I would be overcharged, I went to get a second and a third opinion (one from a pediatric dentist). It turns out all of the suggestions were unnecessary and also extremely scary for a 8 year old. If I would have listened to this dentist I would have traumatized my son with major dental procedures as well as spent a huge amount of money that I shouldnt had. Please get second opinions when it comes to your children at this location.

Ive been there 3 times now they filled two cavities and did my cleaning it was quick and painless all the times and they were very friendly and explained everything as they did it im definitely going back and have recommended them to multiple people

For years I’ve been looking for a dentist that would be willing to take off crowns and replace them. I’ve been to different counties, and numerous dentists, and I’ve been told the same thing “there’s no telling what’s under those crowns until they’re off, and then it might be too late to save them.”Dr. Kyu was recommended to me, and I’m so glad that he was!I went into the office expecting to be turned away and told that he wouldn’t be able to help me. Instead I was scheduled to start the process of getting new crowns the following week.I was even able to walk in when I had concerns throughout the process, since they accept walk in patients.Dr. Kyu and Heather made my entire experience great!! They worked together phenomenally!I left today with my permanent crowns, and I couldn’t be any happier!I highly recommend this office! Great staff, easy scheduling, and I left with a smile!!
