The Optometrist was very personable and professional. Each of the store employees were very knowledgeable and assisted me with my eyewear choices. They made my experience exceptional.

I recently visited the Pearle Vision Fairlawn location, a little uncertain about buying new frames, getting a good fit, and finding a style I like. Fortunately, Carol was available to help with each of these issues, and truly took time assisting me at each step of the transaction--even finding a frame that was just slightly smaller and a better fit for my face. I am a very satisfied customer!

The staff here are amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. They seamlessly file my insurance benefits (through the ACA), and they discount my second pair so I can have prescription sunglasses. I highly recommend this office for a thorough eye exam and quality glasses!

The people there are so kind and friendly ... also very patient. I tried on so many pairs of glasses and due to covid they have to clean them thoroughly when someone tries them on. I have been a customer of this Montrose office for over 20 years and I keep coming back because of their great customer service. Recently Carol went above and beyond to find me the frames I really wanted by searching across multiple states to make it happen.

I usually come to Pearle Vision to get glasses for my daughter. They always provide excellent services. This time I had a wonderful experience there, and everyone was super nice. They helped me choose the right frames. The team was great! Maureen was so patient to adjust the glasses to make sure that i can wear them comfortably. She is awesome and knowledgeable. Excellent! Dr. Cianciolo was thorough and clearly has a passion not just for eye care, but for overall health. The staff who helped me pick out frames and place my order were also extremely helpful, patient and easy to work with. Their prices were also very reasonable - about $100 for an exam and about $380 for frames, lenses with anti-reflection treatment, and a years worth of contacts (with insurance). Not bad!

I had a lovely experience. I was in town visiting my parents. I live in Pennsylvania. I left my glasses at home and didnt have any contact lenses with me. I called this location on my drive up and asked if they could provide a pair of contacts to get me through the weekend. They were extremely courteous. Abby called my eye doctors office to get my script. When I arrived in Akron they had a trial pair waiting for me. Patient satisfaction is of priority here! I came in the following day to pick out a pair of frame and the excellence of service continued. I will definitely come here for any needs in the future whenever Im in town. Pearle Vision is the way to go with all your eyecare needs.

When we entered the store, we were greeted immediately, and treated very well. We reviewed my lens prescription and chose a pair a frames from a wide selection of styles and colors. Our Optician, Maureen, was courteous, helpful, and knew exactly what she was doing when fitting me for various frames. She actually made the whole experience fun, instead of a boring chore to get done. Carol. the store manager, was equally kind and helpful, explaining to me the practical meaning of my eyeglass prescription, and assisting Maureen in finding appropriate frames. All in all, a refreshingly fun and helpful visit, where old-fashioned, personalized care was the norm. I wont take my family to any other eyeglass store!

I’m not one for writing reviews but I think everyone need to know how amazing the staff at this location is – back in the Spring I had an issue with my eye, I thought it was pink eye, I called the store, explained my concerns and they were able to go me in immediately. The doctor on staff discovered that I had an ulcer in my eye and if I had waited any longer I my have lost some on my eyesight. He was so concerned about my eye that he gave me his personal cell # and even called me on a Sunday to find out how my eye was doing.I will always recommend Pearl Vision to people because of how the staff is truly concerned about the care of their customers. You guys ROCK!

We have been going to this location for about 5 yrs now. We have always thought the service was great! Carol and Maureen are very knowledgeable. Today I went in for a cracked frame. Rather than push for me to purchase new frames they helped me out! Carol fixed my frames and hopefully it will get me through til my next exam in a few months! I will probably need a new prescription and will definitely be back to get new frames at that time too!

My family and I have been going to Pearl Vision Fairlawn for many years. Carol is amazing. Every time we go in, I ask for her (although I have not had a bad experience with anyone else if shes not there). Carol explains all the options in a clear manner. If you are on a budget, shell show you frames in your price range that look great on. If your prescription or fit doesnt feel right when you get your new glasses, Carol works hard to make sure I am happy when I walk out the door!

I had a great experience here! Excellent customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional! They were in the middle of a remodel and it was still spotless every time I was there. My only complaint is one of the light fixtures made an annoying buzzing sound. Made an otherwise perfect experience a little less so.

My experience at this Pearle Vision location was spectacular. My husband and I were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles despite how busy it was. The technician who performed my initial tests was very polite and patient with me as I am quite intimidated by the machine that tests intraocular pressure (the dreaded puff of air).The optometrist who performed my eye exam was very personable while remaining professional and efficient. The exam did not take long at all.Carol helped us pick out our frames and finalized our transaction and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She was very receptive to what we were looking for in a frame (durability, style etc) and was able to help us find the perfect frames that worked within our price range. Carol definitely has an eye for choosing frames that compliment the individual.We are looking forward to sporting our new specs and look forward to returning next year for our yearly eye exam!

I was looking to change from my current optometrist. I read reviews and scheduled the same day. I had an eye exam as well as contact lens exam. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. I did not wait at all. Dr. Megan Leyda O.D. was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and offered me several options and allowed me to try several brands of contacts. I followed up and chose the contacts I liked best. I then ordered my first pair of bifocals. Very pleased with the help in choosing frames and lenses. I will be transferring my familys eyecare to here!

Friendly staff, they helped me get my paperwork finished and answered all my questions, and were up front about cost no hidden fees. I just moved here from Iowa and needed new contacts/glasses unfortunately my insurance didnt cover my visit entirely but they gave me a discount which helped a lot. The dr was amazing did a great job I can see crystal clear once more 👍. 10/10 will be going back here again.

Dr. Leyda is such a wonderful person. She is caring and gentle and made me feel so comfortable. I had a problem with my contacts and she was so patient and thorough. I would totally recommend her to everyone. The office staff is also friendly and courteous. If was a very pleasant experience. Having been a patient at a nearby office -- after waiting an hour after arriving early for my appointment and having the receptionist keep telling me a few more minutes instead of just rescheduling me was very rude -- a waste of my time. See Dr. Leyda -- she wont disappoint!

Very pleased with my experience. Dr. P was friendly as was his staff and optical assistants. I liked that they have advanced eye exam technology vs using the old school drops and lights. Evrryone was competant, friendly, and were helpful with knowing what my insurance covered (eyeglasses, contacts, rebates)-- theyll even ship my contacts to my apartment!My only complaint was the location. That plaza us really busy, and Im coming from the south which means the plaza is on the left. Turning left across many lanes of traffic is not my favorite thing to do

Very unorganized office, multiple issues ranging from being told my contacts were ordered when they were not to being told I would receive calls back regarding issues and not. Take your money and time elsewhere!
