Very weak tattoo removal laser and inexperienced esthetician. Did absolutely nothing to my tattoo and they charged me over $200. Offered almost zero pain relief during procedure and denied the cooling machine by telling me the cooling machine costs thousands of dollars. The place in Augusta provides the cooling machine and their laser is much more powerful and shows results. Thought I would try to stay closer to home by going to this place in Aiken. Big waste of money. I inquired about IPL and the rude esthetician asked if I wanted it for “my spots” how incredibly rude. I don’t have “spots” I was interested in it for minimal sun damage.

I used to live in Chicago and moved to the Aiken area because of equine interests and family. I have been to some of the most famous Med Spas in Chicago and I can truly say that the care I received here at Palmetto Medicine & Aesthetics rivals anything else offered in the Windy City. From the time I entered the facility, through my treatment experience and until the time I left I felt like I was being cared for by true professionals! The atmosphere is great, the prices are very competitive and most importantly, the outcomes of the procedures I have had done were excellent. I can recommend this Med Spa to my friends, family and new community with confidence! 😃

I absolutely love the staff I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. He came out to talk to me before my procedure and even walk me to the car afterwards inform me on everything. My results are amazing. We laughed the whole time 😊He literally have Blessed Hands...

After recently moving to the area it can ve very stressful finding the right doctor or aesthetician. After visiting a few in the area I was overwhelmed with the professionalism of the doctor and his staff. The facility was immaculate and everyone was so helpful and friendly while remaining professional. I am not one to write reviews, however I feel like this place definitely deserved one. They listened to exactly what I wanted and performed it to a “T”. Well done, I will definitely be returning.

A friend of mine went here (BFF💕) and I went with her. I got to see first hand how her beautifill procedure went and it was awesome! Her results are perfect! Even better than we thought they would be. I really like the atmosphere and the staff and their doctor is great! I am saving up now to get my body shaped there now!

I had Beautifill done here and I have to say the doctor and the rest of the staff were amazing! I had friends who had Lipo elsewhere so I thought I knew what to expect but from start to finish this place surpassed my expectations! They are caring and informative and my results were even better than I expected and definitely better than my friends who went to Miami and got botched. I would highly recommend this place!

I love the staff and their reassurance throughout the whole process, but I will say my beautifill procedure results was disappointing to say the least as far as my results. I know that realistically you may not be able to get your desire look as far as where The fat is being injected but for the money I spent I would think that where the doctor is retrieving the fat that would be a significant difference. I really wanted my back rolls gone they are still here. He spent a significant amount of time on my belly but even during the procedure I reminded him to make sure he gets the back roll like we discuss before hand. That really was my biggest disappointment. I would still recommend him but Honestly I believe that my backrolls should be gone and that should be offer to me and I shouldn’t have to pay. I have bruises on my back rolls but I have before and after pics every month to show there is not a difference from his before and after pics in his office up until now. Ihaven’t seen a difference in my results as far where my fat was injected but It’s been 3 months and still being patient. Thanks Dr again he is lovely and his assistant but just wanted to help someone with their desire look and expectations with an honest review.

Great Botox and Filler Doctor! I had been going to another popular location in downtown Columbia and also in Aiken but I tried this place and not only were the results I got better, the price was less! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Also, I should add, here I was actually injected by a Board Certified Doctor not by a technician. I have gotten Botox, Juvederm and Warm Body Contouring here and was happy with the results of all three procedures.
