Dr Gordon and his staff ofNurses and others are excellent. Excellent health care. The best that Aiken has.

I highly recommend Dr Shastri. She really takes the time to get to know her patients. She really goes above and beyond. The office staff are courteous and I was seen extremely promptly. Overall a great experience.

Worth the wait to see great doctors and staff. Just bring a book, relax and enjoy!

First time there and it was great! Debbie and Porsha are wonderful! Took a lot time with me and learned so much about my issues.

This group is fine for ordinary medical care, but just show up like I did with intractable pain from sciatica and no where else to turn, and see just how uncaring and out and out rude Dr. Gordon can really be, never seen anyone like him... great with infectious disease, but otherwise just horrid.Dr. Toole, who I really liked, at his instructions, just canceled me with no notice. You should have shown that you are a professional. I am ashamed of you.

Im not a patient here. Dont bother calling them if you arent already a patient of theirs. The person who answered the phone did everything they could to deter me from scheduling a new patient appointment. I guess they dont need any more business. Im new to the area and needed to find a pcp. She was short with me and then told me to hold on while she handed the phone to another lady who also didnt want me to schedule an appointment.

Great group Fantastic diabetic clinic. To get them return a phone call is unbelievable .Left a couple of messages since the 10 and have yet to have a return call

The front desk office people are horrible. They treat you terribly, are short tempered, absolutely no compassion and talk at you. I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical and was told that I would be considered a new patient since its been over a year since Ive been in. Thats fine, but its the way they presented it. I called back a few days later because I found another internist whos office staff are incredibly kind, and cancelled my appointment. I also left a negative review of which I noticed they deleted. Its been about a month since I called to cancel my appoint and I just received a $25 bill for not keeping my appointment. WOW. Now Im having to spend time to get this resolved. I just cant seem to get rid of the nagativity of this place.
