What can I say, its a Marijuana store, mind blown, very nice informative staff. Show ID go in, read the menu, get in line , show ID once more give ur order, pay cash only, they bring you a brown bag, an wallah. One more step til u can enjoy an unwind. Just dont do it while u drive, dats a no no.

Very friendly and professional staff. My wheelchair bound brother was treated with the utmost respect. The staff member who waited on us was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Great experience, one of the best dispensaries Ive ever been too! Thats coming from someone who has been out of state and out of country for recreational cannabis. Both people I encountered (forgive me for not remembering your name) were super chill and had a lot to talk about or show me. Some girl even wrote down my order for me and then the guy at the counter made sure to sign me up for rewards. Even the security guards at each exit were cool and laid back. Im telling everyone about this place, Im definitely coming back!

EarthMed is located in an industrial area in Addison, so it looks a little janky from the outside. Inside is a different story. Its very welcoming and the staff is extremely helpful and knows their products. There are menus, but as it was my first time there, I needed help navigating and one of the employees helped my friend and I get the products that suited our needs. Cant wait to go again!

The gal there was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My friend and I were fairly new to the dispensary scene so we werent entirely sure what we were doing. There was no pressure to pick what we wanted and we didnt feel rushed. Quality products. Expensive, yes but thats what you expect for buying taxed cannibis products.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I’ve been a long time customer of Earthmed but this experience deserves 1 star. For the longest time the greatest thing about Earthmed was what you see on the menu is what you should pay at the counter. And I loved it. It was honest pricing. But recently there’s been some deals so I went in and snagged a deal that was cheaper than it should’ve been, and instead of honoring the pricing, they told me they can’t because the owners told them not to and now they’re using it as a tactic to draw more customers in. This is probably the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I walked away with nothing because they wouldn’t honor they made a mistake and no policy or notice was given!

This is my go to dispensary and has been for many years. The staff are absolutely amazing and answer any questions that you may have and it’s always clean and bright. I highly recommended them!

At $75/$80 an eighth I dont think I should EVER find a seed. I dont want to pay for seeds , but unfortunately at EarthMed I have. I mentioned it to staff and basically got a shrug of the shoulder. The experience is good for the most part but Im not buying seeds anymore. I feel Earthmed needs to understand there is too much competition to have such an I dont care attitude. Look at the response to complaints....take it or leave it.

This was my first time in a dispensary. It looks pretty inside, but the setup is rather annoying. The entrance is where the exit should be. You cannot see the exit door until youre turned around by security. The exit is near a front desk, and the entrance is near the checkout conters. On top of that, when my husband and I wanted to check out, they refused to let us stand together. It made me leave the shop all together. I was with my husband and there was no reason we shouldnt be able to stand together while checking out. I had already passed on purchasing product for myself, but I wouldnt have bought anything after being told one of us had to leave the counter. Completely unacceptable. I passed on buying any products because they dont have enough sativas and their products are rather weak. Cresco is the best brand they have, but they have barely any Cresco products. I wont be coming back here, but if you have a low tolerance or enjoy indicas and hybrids, this is the perfect place for you.I am giving it 2* because its pretty and clean inside and the customer service was fine. It was average, nothing to write home about.

I have yet to be to this location, but have seen an employee at this location that goes by Amanda.Canna on Instagram harassing multiple dispensary workers talking about their work conditions. I think it’s extremely unprofessional of her and the image on the company.

I had a great first time experience here. They were very kind and welcoming at the front door. The staff were super helpful and friendly with all my questions, even though it was busy they made sure to spend time to explain everything and listen to what I had to say. Checking out was nice as well- super friendly cashiers. Only downside was having to pay in cash but they do have ATMs in the dispensary. Overall, great experience, will be back soon!

Employees are ALWAYS in a great mood. And if you dont know much about weed, dont worry cause all the employees are very knowledgeable about all the products and strains. They can answer any question you might have.

Dont like how rude and confrontational the security at the door is. Also why are we to wear masks when the employees dont have to wear em. N just checking temp isnt gonna tell you if they have the funny flu.

Staff will give you a hard time for not wearing a mask, even if you are vaccinated. I felt personally threatened by the staff when I was in the building and wont be returning. One womans glasses were fogging up as she tried to lecture me. Very unprofessional.

Just updated my caregiver and address and paid for it with receipt to prove. Earthmed refused to sell me medical cannabis and wanted to charge me excessive taxes because they told me my cannabis card was in renewal and I could not use. I had a receipt to prove it was paid and my card expired 10/24/2021. Notified manager and asked for credit to adjust for taxes and he refused. I’m moving my business elsewhere after spending probably thousands and thousands of dollars there since 2015.Update! I received an email from IDPH and they told me in writing that I was erroneously denied access to my EarhMed medical cannabis prices. Much happier at RISE in Naperville anyways were my card worked immediately the next day no problems. They offer so many services that earthmed just refers me to the state for. Highly recommend RISE!

Very busy place. Both medical and recreational. Sometime staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes not. All wear masks and take temps before letting you enter... stock is not always available. Dont be disappointed if they dont have flower. They have been out several times this year. Supply is getting better but pricing is outrageous...

Love going to EarthMed!! Everyone is so nice and friendly! The menu has a pretty decent variety! It’s great that they already include taxes in their prices unlike other dispensaries, it makes it easier for me to have the right amount ready to go and easier for them as well!! I’ve been a medical card holder for five years now and the only reason I stop by at Earthmed is because the revolution selection is usually the best in the area. The past few experiences got worse everytime I went. Starting with my order magically not being saved on their end and me losing out on medicine that I have proof I ordered the night before. Then I have a terrible experience from creepy security guard at the front to the blonde girl in the crop top who is less eager to make you feel welcome. I’ve always loved dispensaries like New age and zen leaf who have the best customer service. Really disappointed Earthmed. Get your staff better attitudes!!!

Earthmed has a great selection of product - Probably more than any other dispensary I have gone to. I would, however, recommend the following:1. If you do not have enough money to buy your product, please see the manager. She will add you in as a patient on disability or a veteran. You will then get 10% every purchase....and you do not even need to be a veteran or have a disability!2. If you are running low on your allotment please bring in a friend. They will let you take from someone elses allotment3. If you do not have a friend, please visit one of the budtenders.4. Speaking of number 3, this brings me to #4. The budtenders are so friendly with each other that they all share each others allotment. If one runs out, no worries! The boys will let you use his! The manager is completely fine with it all! She has not a problem at all! its like free range!5. Ever wonder why you never get huge buds in your ounces? Well, its because the budtenders will shake every container to listen for the ones that sounds like it has big buds. They then put it aside and hide it from the patients.6. Defective products at the dispensary are not discarded ever!7. Finally, although this is not the best part of Earthmed, please be careful of the front door Security Guard. He enjoys being sexual with you, making inappropriate comments about your body parts. He will lock you out of the building in the snow because he thinks it is funny. If you have a nice butt he will tell you. He will also chase you to the car. According to the manager there, he has mental issues which cause him not to act right. Use Caution with him.

As a first responder living amidst the current world crisis earth med has become more and more frustrating than it’s worth entirely. EarthMed has been on a steady decline since the legal recreational cannabis became available. When the facility dealt with strictly medical patients the staff was patient calm and tentative to the patients and all their concerns. Since then it feels as though they pay less attention to patient’s lack patience them saves and education. They rush us through through the lines in at the window. I stopped to ask a security guard a very plain question and he flat out told me I don’t know it went back to vaping and looking at his phone. He wasn’t very helpful and I had a bad experience. Anthony however, goes above and beyond in Helping me to and from the door from my vehicle on days I need help. Since things became available recreational the parking has changed for the worse! Before patients with the debilitating conditions were able to park and get the attention they need is, however that is no more. The recreational individuals come and go and park as they please taking up spots that patients hold the right to reserve. We pay and have the qualifications that deem this so. More often than not I have been forced to leave without a place to park. Resulting in me unable to get the medication I qualify for and paid for to register with the state. They should make Addison the medical location in Rosemont the recreational location. If something doesn’t change soon I will be speaking the proper care I qualify and deserve at another facility. We are not just cash cows and I would appreciate to be treated accordingly.

I love it here I got my medical card in april 2020 this was and still is my dispensary the staff here make it a enjoyable and create a very friendly and comfortable environment I just wish there was a bigger edible/tincture selection as well as a bigger selection of prerolls the prices are great so is the menu.

Employees really know their stuff. I love the staff and the prices here, but absolutely HATE the parking. There is no parking on the street or by the building (except for medical patients). You literally have to park on the side streets.

I am glad I found Earthmed and Im also grateful for the larger selection and the ability to order ahead for my medical cannabis...I just wish there were specials once in awhile... Before recreational, they offered great deals for a variety of items... Bring back the specials!

Checked in here for an online rec pickup the other day, and after already uploading my ID online I was asked to take my mask off by security for a camera in the entryway to confirm my identity. I was able to step outside but still felt uncomfortable by the situation. Not the smartest or safest thing to do in a pandemic imo. Staff was friendly and selection online was solid I guess, but Id rather go to another dispensary that doesnt make me do something like that in the middle of a fight against an airborne virus

SCREENSHOT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU ORDER ONLINE.. I USED TO really like coming here... I had placed an order for 7 prerolls for $35 what a deal right?? I placed my order ONLINE way before they opened. When I get to the register the woman says my total would be $65. I only having 40 tell her that ONLINE it said $35 she said that the price was $65, & of course it was taken offline, and as the manager comes up I can’t find the deal anywhere why?? Cause they caught their mistake!!.. I ask the manager if I’m able to get the deal because SHE even knew it was marked at that price, and the preorder ticket had printed with the price of $35. She blamed it on the system which I completely understand, but that would not be my mistake. Anyone that places an order and KNOWS the price they will pay would be annoyed too if they switch it up on you at the register.. I not wanting to argue with the manager of course just wanted a simple solution, she said if I were to buy the prerolls for $65 she’d throw in a preroll, no cause I was about to get an 8th for $35 IN PREROLLS.. then she ends up offering 2 prerolls.. at the end of the day I ended up losing, which is something I would never want one of my customers (when I worked in CS) to feel like. Please catch your systems quick so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

First time Id been to a dispensary and wasnt sure what to expect. Not really a big weed guy either . But the experience was great and Id recommend to those new to it.Other than getting in the building which was a little strange (they check your ID before allowing you inside) the experience was super positive and welcoming. The guy handing out menus was really helpful and open to questions. The bud tender was pleasant and helpful as well. The menu showed different products and chemical make up (CBD / THC)Ill definitely go back. Parking was a little limited too but nothing to get worked up about.

Had to give 5 stars. For my first time it was excellent!! Customer service was excellent I was met with great friendly service, got all my question answered. And the wait was not that bad either, I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. I highly recommend going on a Saturday between 11-12 when it’s not busy. Definitely thinking about going back in the future.
