So far , services have been exceptional. Particularly phlebotomist Nikita G. She always has the best attitude, comes ready and well equipped plus always checks in with nurses before starting. She doesnt mind answering questions. You can tell she is very knowledgeable, she has actually stopped errors before they occur. I actually have patients who ask for her by name. I see her training others and you can tell she is passionate about her skills. As a nurse, its like having 2 right hands.

I have really enjoyed my experience with this lab. I have been able to form good business relationships with our rep Holly, and know that anything we need can be taken care of almost immediately. I appreciate how hard their staff works to make sure our residents are taken care of. We love that it is local! I really can not say enough good things about this lab!

Unfortunately, i liked the work but the way the office is ran I was shocked. The boss Brent was actually pretty cool and laid back.The supervisor Brandi I did like in the beginning. I found out that they aloud one particular employee to bully and assign routes to all the Phlebotomists.So she made my job intentionally hard.When i reached out about it the issue was swept under the rug and she continued to do so.They fired me but also tried to make it look like i quit so they dont have to pay unemployment. I never got involved in drama or gossip just did my job.I was treated like a nobody and replaced.This company HAS ZERO VALUE IN THEIR EMPLOYEES. They aloud this bully employee to make it extremely difficult job and she has gotten several employees fired a d she ia valued.
