I have had the privilege of working with the team at ACCUGEN for the past eight years. Regardless of the negative reviews I have read on GOOGLE, rest assured this is the best lab I have ever used. There Quantitative Lab reports are perfect. I use this team for microbial testing and have submitted over 1,000 tests. I have checked there reported results (using the exact same sample) in a blind study, and there was no deviance from the results reported by ACCUGEN.

Small, family owned business, has been accused of producing fraudulent results and falsifying information to their customers.All the reviews are false and seem to be left by the owners/family themselves.Recommend going to Nelson Labs, Intertek, Pace Labs or several others.

Accugen performs routine microbiological testing for our cosmetic and OTC products. They have a very friendly and attentive staff. All reports are sent to us in a timely manner. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Hostile Costumer Service - Unreliable result delivery - unresponsive management.My brother and father went in for their paternity test in May of this year, a result that was pertinent for his application for US Citizenship.While the online results were ready within a few days, the lab failed in providing the official finding by mail. Repetitive phone calls and inquiries were met with hostile behaviors and costumer service representatives that were downright rude and offensive.The failure of this company to provide the official results, and their dishonesty in phone calls has consequently delayed my brothers Citizenship application. Resulting in additional immigration lawyer feels and his Citizenship application timing out with the immigrations office, thus forcing him to restart the process over, incurring additional fees, not to mention the emotional toll this takes on a boy.The lawyer even reached out to the public relations office within the company and nothing has happened..This company is responsible for not only hundreds of dollars in lawyer fees, but also immigration form filing fees, and still has not meet its end of the contract for the $350 charge incurred for the paternity test.I strongly discourage anyone form using this company if your inquiry is time sensitive or if youre not made of money.Outraged- that word doesnt even describe the way our family fees right now .
