I have used Highland for the past 6 years at an old office and now at my own. There quality and customer service has been excellent. They have even been good enough to come out to my office to help customize a denture for a patient who traveled a long distance, just to help decrease her amount of trips. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

I have been very pleased with both the removable and fixed products coming from Highland Dental Lab! I just started using them about 4 months ago and Dino, the director of the lab, actually came all the way out to my office to introduce himself! I have never heard of a lab director taking the time to do that. Thorough, professional, and excellence are words that come to mind.The few times I have called I am greeted pleasantly, and am able to speak to the heads of each lab department and work together on specific cases. I have sent a few patients for a custom shade, and the patients came back to me reporting that they had a good experience visiting the lab. Definitely something I want to hear! I definitely recommend this dental lab!

Thats always been important to me...to a high level. However, Highland knocks it out of the park in customer service! Ive never enjoyed better customer service in my 21 years of practice. I have been using Highland Lab for several years and have been very pleased both with the quality of work and the reasonable fees. Service is exceptional both with removable and fixed. Mark and Joe are always available to answer any questions and help with treatment planning. Mark has experience with seemingly every conceivable removable situation. I trust his recommendations and he will take whatever time is necessary to do the job right.

I love this lab. Lab heads are super easy to get a hold of. I’m SO happy with their quality and care. We get 99% perfection and the 1% correction is done with so much care that my patients see it as a positive that their DDS and the lab work together on even the slightest change. I couldn’t do that with previous labs because the quality seemed to hit a ceiling that was often below my expectations. Highland exceeds my expectations especially on a particularly beautiful 10 unit and 0 ridge denture :). I hope to have a long relationship with them! HDL you all should take pride in how good myself and group feel about y’all because I know you work as hard as I do for our patients!

Initially, my dentist had difficulty fitting my crowns in my mouth and I was unhappy with the shape and color. The doctor reached out to Highland Dental Lab and set me up with Veronica to have them custom made to the unique color of my teeth. Not only was Veronica the sweetest person to work with, but her skills were artistic as well. We worked together at the lab to make sure everything fit and that the coloring and shape were accurate before I left. She was professional and accommodating to the time constraints I was under to get it done before my business travels. I highly recommend anyone with a dental need for crowns or other services to put Highland Dental Lab at the top of their list. They provide excellent service and professional care all with a smile!

Highly recommend HDL!Mark and his team are awesome with removable. His expertise can accomplish very difficult and complicated cases.Joe and his team are amazing at fabricating our fixed crown/bridges. Our patients are very satisfied with their final results.

Do not use this lab! They send all their work to an out source lab in China and will lie to you when you don’t get it back in time saying it’s at their sister lab. If you have a problem with the work that was done, don’t even bother calling because Veronica will avoid your calls. The manager of the lab I believe his name is David is a complete tool and I don’t know why he still has a job, he’s even more worthless than Veronica and that’s shocking! Just a sketchy company to work with. You’ve been warned.

From great communication and great cosmetics, to extremely fair pricing...they are far and away unbeatable!!! I even overpaid on a case and I just got a phone call telling me so. They just credited my account $445. They are about treating their clients as personal friends and I really feel this way! Thank you for restoring my faith in all of these areas!😌

I’ve always heard bad news about this laboratory. I decided to give them a try. I called last Wednesday and spoke with an very unpleasant voice. I didn’t even get to catch her name. They sounded as if they were rushing me off the phone which also had me on hold for 5 mins. I asked to speak with the manager and of course as my past few offices said “Dino was not available” I had received the same response. I called again the next day and again he was out at a “meeting” when is the manager ever available? I dropped by as well and no one was available to greet me or my assistant. Very unprofessional place. There was a bug in the waiting room. I stepped out and as I was heading out the door I seen a woman with curly hair and a tall guy making out. When I interrupted she seem upset and told me she was the manager. Manager? Making out in a work place? Place is trash. Don’t send your work here.
