This place was horrible today. I had no idea I would be treated with such disrespect. I came in for my 6 year old daughter,s baby root canal. The dentist (Paula Lobo) was beyond rude and disrespectful to me. She was angry about my visit the day before and as soon as I came into the office she burst out at me nonstop and left the room then brought a front desk lady to humiliate me more and started talking without giving me a chance to speak at all. I still am clueless as to what I did wrong. When I asked why she was angry and if maybe I owed an apology? She then said to one of her staff that she was scared of me in front of me and that I shouldn’t t be speaking to her that way and then she left my 6 year daughter in pain and refused to treat her. I had to drive 45 minutes the same day to get my daughter’s root canal done because she was in pain. I truly don’t recommend PAULA LOBO to any other poor child. I will report her I decided no matter what it takes.

Came in for a consult and they were able to treat the problem and they did an extraction on my son. Turns out he was going to need a space maintainer and they also did impressions. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get back from the lab. This I know and understand especially after being in the dental field for 8 years..What I dont understand is that this was on 02/24/2021 and I have not gotten one call about it. I have left a few voicemails even asking them to call me back and let me know if I need to take him somewhere else if they are not going to do it. A simple call back would have been nice. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to get through to this office. Loved the dentist who saw my son just dont understand why I have not been able to get a hold of anyone or why they never called...

Literally , this place is amazing !!!! So attentive , sweet , clean , and to detail on everything they do . I fell in love with this place and now will be dropping my old outdated dentist and going to this new dentist because this place is everything!!! All the staff are so awesome and I felt so comfortable the whole time . The massage chairs are amazing as well . I wish I can give this place 10 stars .. THANK YOU !! My whitening came out beautiful too . I will be coming back and recommending to friends and family :)
