Great care from hygienist Alyssa. 10/10.Thank you for keeping me at ease after a 2yr break from dentists, and for the education as well!

I made the appointment with Mint because they had a free whitening with my cleaning.My appointment was a 2:30pm for a cleaning. The x-ray tech was friendly. The dentist was nice enough. I did have some questions about veneers for my front teeth but the price tag on it was more than what I paid for my car. The lady that came to go over the treatment plan was very snippy. I waited and waited and finally at 3:45pm my cleaning tech came in and she was great! She did a super job. At the end someone had forgotten to do the teeth trays for my whitening so I had to get yet another person to take the impressions and then wait 20 min more for those. I left at 5pm.All in all it was a lengthy process and I probably will not be back. My time is just as valuable as that of other professionals and I did not appreciate the wait times and them forgetting steps in my service.

I really enjoy Mint Dentistry Addison. I always feel welcomed by the staff to my dental hygienist, Meagan and Dr Verma. They are the best! Very personable. Give great advise for healthier teeth. Willing to listen and even when I am scared, they make me feel comfortable and confident in my dental care. Great Place! Won’t go any where else ! Nickesha

My hygienist Alyssa was comforting and patient with all of my questions. The doctor gave me details of my entire mouth on a huge XRay. It looked very clean and I feel great. Already getting compliments on my smile. The only reason I’m at 4 stars is because I’m paying out of pocket. It was the best experience I could ask for. Love being at Mint!!!

I just had the most awesome experience at Mint Dentistry in Addison, TX. Before my visit I was very apprehensive about going. It has been a long time since I had a check up. I was too embarrassed to even say how long. When I walked in the staff was very professional and welcoming. There we no judgements. They took really good care of me. Alyssa (my Hygienist) did an awesome job. She was very detailed. Did not rush. Was gentle and very thorough. To Dr Jack, Dakota, Alyssa and Khloe: thanks for making me feel more like family and not just a patient. This was (by far) the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend.

I’ve been to several different Mint locations and this one has been the best by far. All the staff that I met were super friendly and accommodating. Jeff cleaned my teeth and he was awesome. He was personable, efficient, and professional. Glad I found this location!

The entire staff is always so friendly and kind at the Addison, TX location. Dr. Jack is a cool dentist who makes you feel comfortable and is direct and precise about what needs to be taken care of during your appointment. The hygienist Alyssa was so wonderful and had the lightest touch. I could barely feel her when she was cleaning out the buildup deep between my teeth! I’ve requested her for all my future appointments.

Alyssa at Mint Dentistry is awesome because she cares, listens and gives you honest facts to help your smile in the long run. She explains preventative measures and wants to save you money. She’s so sweet !!! I would highly recommend her ☺️

My experience today was beyond 5 stars. I knew I was in for some pain due to some neglect on my end but Alyssa went above and beyond to not only provide an excellent experience but also found time to re-educate me on some tips to improve my health. I just left this office and I cannot rave enough about how amazing my experience was.I had a very traumatic experience at a different dentist about 18 yrs ago and have refused to go back to a dentist until today.The entire team there is freaking brilliant. To Alissa who did my cleaning I could cry right now bc of how great you made my cleaning. You were so calm and informative that I was at such peace in the chair. And to the beauty that took all my x-rays (I am so sorry I couldnt remember your name) you made me at ease....which is a tall task for someone as nervous as me and you made me feel right at home. You had me laughing and relaxed! And to the office manager who went over my treatment plan with me....yes maam!!!!you were so kind and helpful and broke it all down down me so well.I didnt cry or have a panic attackand my hands completely stopped shaking after my xraysCant believe Im saying this but I actually cant wait to go back see all of you again!!! To say I had a great experience would be the understatement of the century!

You really can watch Netflix and listen to music while they do their excellent work! But I opted for more traditional get it done kind of thing and they were happy to oblige me. Im impressed!

I continue to return to MINT. They take such good care of me each time and I feel like a movie star when I leave with the prettiest smile. The offices are always so clean and staff always friendly. Check em out if u haven’t already!!

I regularly have my teeth cleaned at Mint Addison, and the hygienist, Alyssa, is wonderful. She does an excellent job with cleaning and treats patients extremely well. It was as wonderful an experience as a trip to the dentist can be.

I came to Mint to have my temp crown replaced and then my permanent crown. Areli and Arlex were the Techs that provided most of my service during my procedures. Let me just say that they are incredible. They explained everything they were doing during both my visits. They handle my gums with the utmost care. I didn’t feel any pain. I felt comfortable and secure. They were professional and they provided excellent customer service. I absolutely love the staff at Mint in Addison.

I was so pleasantly surprised. I always thought that Mint wouldn’t be the same quality of care as a regular private dentist. Boy was I wrong! My experience was wonderful from beginning to end with the Administration to the doctors to the dental hygienists. I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of staff, the wonderful bedside manner of the doctor, the articulation and progression of the procedures, the communication of my benefits from the front desk and the execution of my filling and cleaning. You also get free whitening! I was walked through everything so effortlessly! They even had a vibrating dentist chair that helped with my anxiety, and they had sunglasses for the harsh chair lighting. I was thoroughly impressed! It made a dreadful experience of a routine dentist appointment feel like a day at the spa! Thank you Mint!

So far so good! Dr. Vernma and her assistant from GOOD OL New Orleans( can’t reminder her name) is the best! Their prices are great too! I normally go to ideal dental(over priced) and decided to go here for a second look and so far I am pleased! The hygienist was so helpful and patient! I have been to about 6 dental offices with no help so, I am hoping to finally get my sexy smile back. Lol!! They were calming and took their time they had gentle hands too!! So far so good!

This was my 1st visit with Mint Dentistry and I enjoyed every bit of it Khloe the front desk person is amazing, Alyssa Who worked on my teeth was very informative and kept me involved in the whole process super awesome experience.

I thought Mint dentistry was top notch after hearing all the ads, and their dentist field harrison on the radio station raving about the excellent customer service, state of the art dentistry, and innovative technology. Well I made a appt and told them what I eeded whiling making the appointment. Arrived to the appointment 15 minutes prior, but didnt get seen until 30 mins later. The staff didnt apologize for the long wait. Then after doing x ray I was taken to a room. Again, no good customer service, the staff walking around talking saying theyre ready to go home. The lady doing my x ray wasnt friendly. I told her what I came in for, she tried to tell me no I was in pain, and i should wait to do a extraction. After waiting another 20 to 25 minutes the dentist Jack came inHe then tells me what I needed, but turned me away for a extraction. In my view, if your not spending thousands of dollars, dont waste your time going to Mint in addison. I knew from when I arrived and waited 30 minutes to be seen it was going to be a bad experience. Now Im still in pain, and being told by the top notch dentist he couldnt do a extraction, but I can come back to them for thousands if dollars of work. I guess he was ready to go home to. I will never go back here and be treated like I dont have money. Lastly my view mint has made their money, now they have forgotten about the little things.

The Team in Addison is Amazing. They all truly enjoy their positions and you can tell. The front desk team, literally smiled and greeted everyone that came in, and it was early in the AM. That goes along way,its sets the tone for the entire clinic. My dental hygienist was the absolute sweetest, she was great with her technique and was concerned about my comfort and end results. thanks Alyssa.. your passion shows effortlessly. Ive been apart of the Mint Family for about 8 years now. I wouldnt change it for anything.. Way to Go Addison Team! KEEP IT UP!

Not satisfied. Went in for a basic cleaning and the dentist told me I should get a deep cleaning and some fillings. After the lady came in to talk money, I declined the deep cleaning. I really just wanted a basic cleaning and they refused to do it unless I paid the extra 500. Very disappointed. Took 45 minutes and I got nothing done.

My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable on all things teeth- she was kind and answered all my questions. Alyssa provided me with information that I wouldn’t of thought to ask about- something no other hygienist has done at MINT. Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable and doing an amazing job with my pearly whites 😁😬😬

I would NOT recommend MINT. It is close to my house so I gave it two tries, and my husband went three times, but never again. The Pros: convenient location, netflix in all beds, ease of online scheduling. The Cons: office staff is unprofessional--they fought loudly about who was on shift one time I was there, hygienists turn over quickly and were being trained and didnt even try to floss around my permanent retainer, and the thing that takes the cake is they tried to convince me I had 3 cavities, two that were growing and one that needed to be taken care of while I was there. Im 27 and never had a cavity in my life but I went ahead and had the cavity filled, with full dental insurance it still cost me $205. I went to another dentist today (has his own practice for 25+ years and voted best in Dallas) and he said I had no cavities growing or otherwise--I strongly believe that MINT made me get a filling where most dentists would not recommend taking invasive action, or where there was nothing needing fixed at all.

Everyone was amazing! The lady that greeted and checked me in was so nice. The assistant was very informative and the dentist did a great job with my extraction. I had major anxiety about it hurting and they did such a good job easing my mind and making sure I was comfortable. Also, I had neglected my teeth during my younger years and was super embarrassed about how bad I let them get, but everyone was very understanding and professional with me and I never once felt judged. 10/10 hands down!

I’ve come to this location approximately 3 or 4 times and have received really great service each time. Everyone is pleasant and personable so it makes the experience much better. I would definitely recommend this place.

This location was just perfect. I could not have had a better dentist visit. Everyone was so polite. The front desk workers, the dental assistants, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were so kind and thorough. I really appreciate them making my experience so comfortable. Especially Rahil, she was just amazing. Cleaned my teeth well, with very minimal discomfort and again was so polite. Thanks to everyone.

The front office staff is constantly changing, and not willing to honor promises made in the past. I was told in 2019, that if my crown came off, or had a problem with it they would take care of it free of charge for life. Well, today they charged me $88 to recement it. When I asked why, another lady was sent in to tell me that my insurance has a $50 deductible, but she still could not figure out where the $38 was coming from.If the front office is at ease with lying to people for money, I am afraid of what diagnostics the dentist could be pressured into for a quick buck.

Phenomenal experience from the moment I walked into this Mint Dentistry office! The front office coordinator Meahgann was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I came in for a partial tooth filling which I hadn’t had to do in over 12+years so I was very nervous, but Moises the dental assistant was simply amazing. He did a thorough job explaining the procedure in great detail. Dr. Jack also did a great job making me feel comfortable as he checked on me several times before and during the procedure. Great staff all around. The location was clean and well maintained. My teeth cleaning was smooth and thorough. The teeth exam and then the complete explanations of potential concerns in the horizon was very comforting. And yet they were not pushy about my needed work being done. Doing only what I asked and had went there to get done. Great experience thur out my appointment. I am sure I’ll be returning to this location with this continued service still being provided.

Allysa did an amazing job with my cleaning! I suffer with TMJ and she was great at allowing enough breaks during the cleaning to allow my jaw to rest. This place is great! It was my sons very first dentist appointment and the staff treated him so well. They made him feel so relaxed, he was able to sit through his entire cleaning with no complaints. There was next to no wait, appointment setup online was a breeze and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend to anyone seeking dental treatment!

I was a little nervous to visit the dentist post COVID but the staff takes the necessary precautions to make you feel safe. Everyone was very welcoming. My dental hygienist Alyssa was amazing.
