My first visit with Dr. Chau was truly wonderful. I am always nervous to go to the dentist and this time was no different...but from the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and nice. Eli was so professional and sweet, since I was a first time patient, Dr. Chau took the time to get to know me more and explain everything in great and assuring detail of what needed to be done. I am so glad I found them because they were the most loving, caring, calming, and reassuring dentist office I have ever been to.

Dr Chau and his assistant were great! They were able to get me in quickly due to a bad tooth ache. Dr Chau was able to diagnose and repair the tooth and I feel 100% better this afternoon!!!The staff was excellent and friendly! Today was my first time visiting Addison Dental Group/Dr Chau and wow, am I impressed! I went in today for a 6-month cleaning and am very happy I chose to try out Addison Dental Group. The office staff is very polite, efficient, and helpful. I was checked in by the office manager, and she was very professional and friendly. Kelly, my dental hygienist, was excellent and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She has very steady hands and explained what she was doing to keep me informed. Usually hygienists will have problems with my permanent retainers, but Kelly was a rockstar and had no issues. Dr Chau was very personable and took the time to ask me about myself and my dental history. He was very genuine and informative. After examining my teeth, he explained everything in a way that was understandable. I was also impressed by the technology they have in the office. They did 3D scans to check that my teeth are healthy and my bite is even. They were very efficient, and I had only a minute or two of wait time before being seen by Kelly, then Dr Chau, and then their office staff member that reviewed the treatment options/insurance coverage with me. I am overall very happy with my experience and will be returning. If you are thinking of trying out Addison Dental Group, I highly encourage it!

I went to Dr Halbach (prior practice dentist) for about 20 years and then Dr. Chau took over. I figured I would give the new dentist a try. He fixed my wifes crown and mine as well. When the team was working on my tooth, they ensured I felt no pain. The crown was placed on and all was fine. I noticed some discomfort (nothing too bad and I waited to get that fixed when I went to my next cleaning which was about two months later). He quickly fixed the issue while I was at my cleaning appointment and all is good. I highly recommend him! He cares about my teeth and seems like a good guy!

I was looking for a Dentist in the area. Read reviews for Addison Dental Group and decided to visit. Im glad i did. Dr. Chau and staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. They go in depth on documenting your teeth from xrays, to pictures, to even 3D computer scans. Dr. Chau explained everything when examining my teeth and made suggestions on when and what was needed to be done. Nothing was forced. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who is looking for dental care.

I really appreciate that this dental office runs on time. I came in for a routine cleaning and they took me in right after I checked in. Ive also been to other dental offices where I felt like they barely cleaned my teeth but Kelly, one of the dental hygienists, was VERY thorough. They also took the time to get to know me as a new patient so I can tell they really value each patient they see. Another pro is the online booking on their website so that I dont have to call to make an appointment. Only con I would say is that the office can be a little difficult to find if its your first time but the directions they provide are super helpful and it shouldnt really be an issue after your first visit. HIGHLY recommend for anyone to at least check them out! Their office is also beautiful with a nice view.

Came in for a routine cleaning and check-up after being with my dentist in Dallas for years. I needed a closer location in my community and I am happy I checked Addison Dental Group out! ! This office has the best service! Dr. Chau is so friendly, knowledgeable, and personable! I had my cleaning done by Eli and wow...she has the best customer service! She was the first person I was introduced to when I came into the clinic and she made me feel so welcomed, even more I have never had such a good cleaning. Didnt feel a single bit of plaque when I left!Dr. Chau did a thorough check using state-of-the art equipment. There was one machine I had never seen before-it took a 3D image of my mouth so I wouldnt need to get imprints in case I wanted Invisalign (which has been on my list for a while)! I had a couple rough spots on some of my older cavities and Dr. Chau took the liberty of polishing them off for me during the appointment.Dr. Chau is not an aggressive dentist. In fact, he was modest and conservative with his recommendations. For years I was told to get my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. Chau took the time to really look into my images and said while yes, I did have some minor cavities on my wisdom teeth, he advised that is was not necessary to pull my wisdom teeth and that in fact, it would cause MORE damage and pain if I did pull them! Phew-that was a relief to hear!I have had a horrible irrational fear of going to the dentist for years after having many traumatic experiences as a kid that I didnt want to see a dentist until later in adulthood. If I had gone to the Addison Dental Group then, I am certain that this wouldnt have been so.I will need to return for some minor procedures and Jasmine, the front desk coordinator, came to my dental chair to give me a a thorough description of my dental plan and explained exactly how much I would owe after insurance if I decided to go through with recommended procedures. I never felt pressured into getting any procedures that I didnt think I needed and there were no surprises with unanticipated costs.Thank you, Addison Dental Group! As odd as it sounds, I cannot wait to come back for my crown!

I have never been to a dentist that made me feel as if I was going to see my PCP. I felt like I knew the staff and Dr.Chau for years! My son has always cried and had a hard time with the dentist. I am so happy with my visit today at Addison Dental Group and Dr. Chau. Ive never had any major work done in my life so as you can imagine I was very nervous about a root canal today. Sharon the office manger walked me through the entire cost of the procedure . Shes amazing and knows her business. Monica my hygienist literally held my hand though the entire procedure. Dr. Chau was so gentle I did not feel ANYTHING! I have other work to be done in the near future and actually am looking forward to the visits and healthy strong teeth.

At first i was reluctant to go to the dentist. When i arrived Sharon at the front desk greeted me with a smile i could see under her mask. I was then seen by Ellie who gave me my xrays and did the cleaning of my teeth. I am not the one to sit still while my teeth are being worked on, however the conversation and relaxing music, to my surprise made it a great visit. Dr Tuan was careful, through, and a genuine person who listens to your needs. I am going back, and he has become my dentist permanently.

I just moved in spring 2020 to North Dallas and needed to find a Dental Office in that area. I checked on Google and selected the Tuan Chau DMDs Dental Group. After my first visit I realized that it was the greatest choice I made. It is the best dental office I ever have been! Dr. Tuan Chau is excellent. He performed exam and then one tooth fillings replacement. Perfect job! Two cleanings have been done there already and both were done with professionalism. I was impressed by hygienist Eli. I am a coffee lover, and the old coffee stain was removed completely from front and back sides of my teeth, which never have been done that well before. There was no discomfort during cleaning process. She is well experienced, careful, nice, accurate. My teeth and gums look and feel great. After my just first visit I recommended to my friend to visit this Dental Group. He also loved them and sent his son to Dr. Chau as well. I recommend this office to everyone who reads this review. Its clean, beautiful, perfectly located, and most important - has a wonderful team working there!

I needed two fillings replaced and he took his time, as I was nervous about the shot I was going to need. He and his assistant took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Chau is a young and very professional Doctor who uses modern computer technologies such as oral cameras, so you can see all details issues that needed to be worked on, and 3D scanner to crate an image for crowns and trays instead of taking an impression with mold materials. He is very personable and he truly cares of his patients. He will answer all your questions and addresses concerns. On the top of all this amazing experiences, I’m having a dental insurance first time in my life, so it makes my treatments even more enjoyable. I am always pleased with the Dr. Chau and all his staff. They help you be at ease and solve problems in a very methodical and prudent way. They also have convenient times for appointments and all the modern equipment. I have been going there for about 2 years now and feel that my teeth and gums are in good hands!!

I searched 4 years after moving to the area and finally found a dentist and hygienist (Eli) I trust.I’ve had a mysterious tooth pain for a while. Several dentists and even an Endodontist were stumped. Yet Dr. Chau figures it out immediately. He is truly a blessing and one of a kind.
