Although the physicians are professional and courteous, I wonder why this facility even bothers to have telephones. They are never picked up, nor our voicemails never returned. My wife and I have been waiting after trying three or four days, day after day to fill our sons prescription, to no avail. To get any answers at all, it requires our physical presence, driving from out of town. Has anyone told these guys that were living in the 21st-century?

Staff has improved greatly since the last time I was here and had a major issue. Great staff.
