I have been trying to call for 2 days. Cant get an answer. I have an appointment card from Providence to go to Elma. Drove 120 miles round trip. The appointment card said go to Elma. I missed the appointment because I was sent to the wrong place. Im retired and on a fixed inc8. This may not be a big deal to you but it is to me. Now I cant get you or Providence to answer the phone! Completely disgusted

Katie has been my primary care provider for years and I greatly value her knowledge and commitment to quality patient care. She takes the time to explain the medical issues and recommended solutions, as well as taking an interest in the patient as an individual. She is a medical professional who I highly recommend.

Katie Clarkson is very thoughtful and thorough. I think the staff are very friendly and efficient also.

At first it seemed a miracle to be able to.see.such a wonderful place when you are ill.but in the end it nearly cost me my life and when I get a call back from a dr. I.expect them to at least pronounce my name correctly my advice. Listen to your patients dont treat them like a number otherwise they could end up being admitted into the hospital 6 hours later all because you failed to listen I have better insurance now and am switching dr. One more visit there and then I never have to go back thank you jesus
