I have been using my eye Dr since Pearle Vision was bought out by my eye doctor. I am on my last pair of contacts and started experiencing an issue with one of my lenses. I called to see if I could get a new lens and said I also needed to make an appointment. The person I was speaking to looked up my information and said I would need to get an eye exam first. I explained that I wouldnt be able to do the eye exam without a new lens. I said I couldnt see out of that eye, and it felt like cut glass in my eye. She puts me on hold so she can speak with the doctor. She comes back and says that the doctor says I need to see an optimologist. My eye is fine when I remove the lens, I just cant see. I will be finding a new place to get eye exams and lenses.

Yeah, I was disappointed as expected. Made an appointment a few weeks ago, I just needed an eye checkup and new glasses. Since Covid i’ve been working extra hours and knew i would a little late. I called ahead of time to tell them i was running late and almost there, they proceeded to say okay and that they’d take me. Once i got there i waited outside where i was greeted and told that i could not come inside and could not be taken for my appointment. I then asked if i can make a new appointment. I was told yes and she sent me away and told me i had to go home and call. I suggest going to a different myeyedoctor because 10mins can be a difference to some people who are going through things out of the ordinary.

I had an appointment with Vision Associates and my experience was a delight. The office was extremely clean and orderly. Everyone I met from the Receptionist to the Doctor was professional as well as personable. I normally do not write reviews, but I couldnt let this Optometrist excellency in Aberdeen go unrecognized. I like them so much, I made an appointment for my husband with them too. If you are looking for an eye center that goes over and above, you will be well-pleased.

I love Dr Vance-the doctor and staff are great. However, I called in advance to make sure to store was open on a Saturday, their call center answered and told me they were open till 3, and, when I arrived at 2, they were closed. Saturday hours are stated by appointment but there seems to be a disconnect between the call center and the store on Saturdays. Head to the store on Saturdays only if you have talked to someone in the store itself.

Look, if youre the kind of customer who insists on same or next-day service, clearly this isnt the place for you. But, neither are virtually any eye doctor offices in North America that arent located in a mall or on a parcel of land in a mall parking lot. If, however, you want outstanding customer service from a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional staff, give this location a shot.

How do I miss Pearl Vision where we (the customer) had the choice of waiting 1-hr for our glasses to be processed and created according to spec. If going in for the usual yearly check-up and new glasses I understand waiting A week (or so) for glasses but what about when you have a child that uses glasses at school and breaks them (its how children work) and you go in on 24th and get told theyll do their BEST to put a rush on the order considering the circumstances. I call in on the 31st and get told the glasses SHOULD be in by 6/6...WHAT!!??! How is that your BEST. These services take WAAAAY to long. Not convenient at all.

Dr. Vance is a wonderful, caring doctor; however, her front desk staff is another discussion. I had an appointment with Dr. Vance on November 7, 2017, when it was time to check out, I gave Carmetta (not sure if thats the correct spelling or name) my credit card information, one card she was to charge $200 and the remaining balance to my bank card. Later that day, I got a call from Carmetta stating that when she charged my card, she accidentally hit $200 credit which supposedly put $200 on my card; then they tried reversing the $200, which is understandable because that was theirs, but she then charged my card $200 3 or 4 times and thankfully was denied. I called them the next day to see if the situation was straight because I had gotten a notice from my credit card that their was a payment request denied. They again apologize and told me again what had happened. I then cancelled the RX order and I would come get my glasses and take them elsewhere. They said you cant get them today because theyre in Florida. Ive called them Thursday and again on Friday, November 10th and they still dont have my glasses. I asked why havent they got them back when it took less then 24 hours to send them down to Florida and itll take 2 weeks to get them back. She, I think Dawn or Danielle said youre not listening to me, were not the only eye doctor they deal with they have to sort through the glasses and find yours and send them back. Because of the front desk and Carmetta, I will not ever go back. I am currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Simply OUTSTANDING!!!!!! The entire office is very friendly. You walk in and they treat you like family. The doctor are very through with their exam and the associates working there are very resourceful. They always look at the costumer best interest. They will make sure you get the best for your bucks. My entire family goes there and I would never ever choose another office. The office has tons of frames and the associates working there always help you choosing the best frame and they do not try to push anything and check the cost with you to make sure you are ok with the price and they check with your benefits so you get the most out of it. If you used to go to havre de Grace office MAKE THE SWITCH!!!! it is well worth it. The glasses I ordered came in less than 4 days ( my visit was on Friday ..) as well as my contacts. The doctors are great too. I have sent out a mass email at my work and CC all my friends to let them know about this office. My husband, who was going to the Havre De Grace office for years, has switched to this location because THEY ARE SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!
